Court Crests

I'm.. I'm not done. XD; When I first accepted I thought they'd be quicker than mine, but my goodness was I wrong. I'm still going to play with them in photoshop and turn them into desktop icons, but I decided to post what I've finished in illustrator first. I need a break for now.. XD

Okay, first I basically tried to copy the court crests as they were drawn. I was a bit unsure what the yellow was in the background of the diamond, so I changed it up a bit. I'm not good at making illustrator blobs look good. XD; Anyhow, both the black and white version and the colored version.

And now!.. I had a bit too much fun. I was going to make a middle ground between the two (and I still may or may not.), but it went way over being a middle ground. I have two different versions of some of them, it would be nice if you guys told me which ones you like the most.

These are awesome. I kind of wish you went to my art school so you could slap this in the face of several graphic designers to show them a thing or two. Your detailed crest designs are my favorite, I rather like the diamond one with the eye pointing upwards.

I'm definitely a fan of your crests. Holy shiz x.x

I like the second club the most (mostly black), and the second spade (mostly black as well). Also, def the diamond one with the eye pointing up, otherwise it's just too blinking creepy o___o like it's staring into your soullll.

Man I can't wait to see these when you're all done

Gooper... Blooper...? XD; I can.. sort of see it?

The straight forward eye was sort of an accident. I was working on making it look good while it was pointing up when I misclicked and centered it. After that I decided to make a version like that, just to see how it would look.

Wow.

This is amazing. Far more effort than I expected...wow.

For each of the final products (4), you are now getting 20 unassigned points each. This is amazing. The bonus just got upped a little too.

Your more decorative designs are the ones we'll use, though I'll keep the basic ones up there for people to ref if they're just doodling. <3

I'm enamored of the more black Club and Spade design, these are the ones we'd want to use (maybe even a little less purple on the Club) as the original suit design was more in keeping with their Ebony Card status. Spades love purple, but the more black design is, again, more fitting. The detail is astounding, it's far more befitting of the Courts than I could have ever given justice to, thank you!

The Diamond symbol was done perfectly, the yellow blobs I tried to convey were trying to do just about what you've done <3 The eye facing upward is actually of special significance that I'll get to typing out someday, but it does look almost scarier straight out. <3 And the Heart is perfect!

Once these are finalized and re-sized, I'll go ahead and place your prize, as well as your earnings, here.

H*O*W incredible!

I haven't commented yet, but I thought it was about time to tell you how much you have amazed and impressed me with work on the re-design of the court crests, Esfiel.

There is a lot of intricate detail involved in each crest, but it is so well-organized that none look cluttered, only nice and clean-cut. It's a creative blend of elements that sticks to Nat's original style. You've clearly shown the splendour of the Courts in these crests.
