It would depend on the Jack, I'd imagine. Whether he wanted to kill the children for not being his or raise them to be useful trading stock or whatever, totally dependent on the individual.

would some thing of the same lines happen if a Doe who had been lent to a visiting Jack got pregnant by a Jack that was not her own?

Yep, I would imagine so. Certainly depends on the individual Jack.
Also, a good thing to keep in mind is that Does only go into 'heat' maybe once every four months, which is when they actually ovulate, and there's absolutely no warning or way to tell when this happens. A Jack having so many Does, aside from a societal and cultural thing, is also a better way for them to play the odds that at least one of them will get pregnant every few seasons.

I'm going to play the devil's advocate in this situation. If a Jack supposedly gets a Doe who is pregnant, has Doe children.. does he consider them his own, or does he consider them to be "fair game" Bwahaha, take -that- moral monkey wrench, why don't ya! =P
Moral Monkey Wrench.. lol

If they're related to him by blood, then any 'relations' with them would be incestuous and taboo. Similarly, if they were the children of another Jack but from his Doe, a Jack would be within his right to take one of them to bed were they a Doe when they grew.

Ok, so I dunno if this is because I haven't been on the game in a while or what, but this has intrigued my curiosity. You say the a Doe is "balanced" as long as she is virginal and only becomes dependent on Jacks the moment she goes to bed with one. By custom, most Does would not want to be without a Jack and certainly wouldn't go so low as to sleep with a Leveret. That being said, are there any regulations regarding exactly when it is "proper" for a Jack to sleep with his Doe, agewise? Considering there is no age limitation's for the imbalances to occur, but a Doe wouldn't want to be virginal for too long after adulthood, could a Jack sleep with a Doe at a young age (like 7, 12, 15, etc)? Also, if a Jack were to lie with a child Doe, would that female to start depending on/needing a Jack from then on?
Stringing of of that, if it was NOT acceptable, but a Jack had sex with a Doe that was too young, what would happen to that Doe then? I'm assuming it would be grounds to start a war for the Jack, but now the Doe NEEDS to be with a Jack every week, but she is still to young to be socially acceptable or an adult. Is she traded and an exception is made to sleep with her, or is she killed? Or, is she too young for the imbalances?
I hope that makes sense... it's late here, but I was curious on that matter.
As for a less important question: Are Leverets capable of being sexual deviants? And also, if two Leverets are sexual partners (regardless of gender, male-female, male-male, or female-female, though the first is much more likely) and one of the pair becomes a Doe or a Jack, will the changed Rabbit shun the affections of the lesser Leveret or will the encourage them to also change? Or, will the continue to have a sexual relationship?

For the Neglect, is an orgasm required, or just sex? For example, if a Doe hates the Jack she's with and is unable to orgasm when with him, will she go crazy even if she's being regularly sexed up by her Jack?

Oh come on Satra, haven't you read a romance novel? We all know that the woman orgasms her head off even if she HATES the man, then near the end of the book she's destined to fall in love with him....
But that is a good question XD I'd think that the high sexual energy would make the Doe want it so bad she can't help but enjoy it.. but then again I'm not sure. I suspect the rabbit orgasm is much more easily attained than the human female orgasm though.,

Petzi: It is considered a horrific breach of etiquette to lie down with a Doe before her 18th birthday. A Jack might do so out of desperation or sick obsession, but he would be attacked for it if other Jacks knew. Also, yes. If a Jack takes a young Doe, she becomes dependent and other "side effects" might occur. Leverets still tend to be lovers with those of the same gender, but as it's harder to tell could fall in love with one of the same gender without realizing it. That said, once changing form, they would (9 times out of ten) shun their former lover as anything other than a friend....unless they changed too and were compatible. <3
Satra: Orgasm, while not required, is encouraged in order to please Does. Jacks also (without exception) love the different scents their Does give off and will go out of their way to see to it that their Doe is fully satisfied. <3
Nako: Yup, yup, yup X3
