Yes, so very unsuspecting. Everything was going perfectly according to Quinn's plan, and she knew that she would come out victorious in this campaign! ...and laid! Yes, that was an important part too. (Actually, it was the main reason for the whole, "Take her to a romantic dinner, stuff as much alcohol down her throat as is possible while still allowing her to remain concious, and thus seduce her" plan.)
However, it didn't seem that Vessatha had really all that much more control over her tongue anymore, and so when Quinn finally got around to ordering dessert for the two of them - again, it seemed that she was the best equipped to be doing something like this - she made sure that the last wine that she chose was a light thing, selected more for its taste than its alcohol content. No need for her pretty ferret to get sick and pass out, was there? No, none at all.
So the two of them ate their dessert, sipped at the nice wine, and considering that she was practically in Vessa's lap as it was at the end of it all, Quinn thought absolutely nothing about kissing her, seeing if she was amenable to more kissing, and then completely and absolutely pouncing on her after getting the pair of them over to the low, plush couch. Yes, that was nice. Very, very nice.
The plan was perfect.
