Vessatha quickly realised that he wasn't asking more questions, so directed the rest of her brainpower to dancing. His sudden stop startled her to the point where she had to catch herself before she fell over, and the ferret stared at him when he bowed and kissed her hand.
It took the slight prickling feeling for her to realise exactly what had happened. She looked down in bemusement at the 'J' then let a wide smile break through on her face. She had done it, she was a Jack! .. and was now thoroughly exhausted, but hey! At least Varestes had led her on a fun quest, unlike some rumors she'd heard of some of his more.. interesting.. ones.
She bowed in return to him, "Thank you!" and followed him over to the table. Vessatha took the key and wound the satin gently around her wrist so she wouldn't lose it, then tilted her head at his offer. "Perhaps in five minutes? I must admit that you've completely worn me out." Vessatha didn't care to pass on the opportunity to dance with him some more, especially under less pressuring situations.. but she needed to remember how to breathe again.
