Rosemary had a mission. Today she was going to get her tongue pierced, and hopefully a bit more. After going through various rumors and the like, he heard of a quaint little place in the Outer Bazaar that did piercings, tattoos and a variety of other things that the little wolf squirrel was interested in. She slipped through the door, admiring the the bell. Well this was quite the place! Rosemary looked around at the various bottles and the like. There was a lot of dust clinging to everything. Oh well, not everyone was like Dad and had a thing about dust and saw dust. Now, where was this Mr. Todd that everyone spoke of and the sign proclaimed was the owner of the shop? Her tail wagged as she waited for for someone to show up. Hopefully he wasn't on lunch break or something. She really did want to get these piercings done. "Hello? Is anyone there?" She called with her usual chipper voice.

There was a sudden bang! From the door on the far right. It shook violently as though someone had been thrown against it...it appeared to connect to the shoppe next door. Another Bang! from the door and it was flung open. A tall, broody looking wolf biped stood in the doorway, his lip curling as he glared over his shoulder at something behind him. "I'll fank you kindly to leave my business partner alone....good sir. If you'll jus' exit frou that door over there, I''l be on my way into my own shoppe."There was a clatter of noise and another bang, but this one was the slamming of a door. Outside, through the large front window, a lanky Sorgaire Equine could be seen limping away as quickly as was possible. The wolf turned to face his own shoppe and his expression fell, almost comically, into one of surprise to see someone in there. "Ere now, when did you get in 'ere?"He asked, quickly wiping his left hand on his pants, trying to get rid of the smear of blood he had gotten from slamming the Equine's face into the jack-and-jill door. Hopefully the little thing wouldn't just run away...

Well that answered her question. She blinked with surprise when she watched the shopkeeper return and wipe the blood of his hands. Oh well, that man who limped by must have been causing quite a bit of trouble then. Whatever, it wasn't any of her business. People who wanted to beat the crap out of others had their reasons. Unless it was a particularly good story she could careless. She had things to do and places to be, and right now she had a goal.
"Hello! You must be Mr. Todd! I just got here a few seconds ago, and was wondering if you did tongue, lip and ear piercings?" Her tail was caught between a wag and a bounce as she looked up at the man. "If you don't I would like to know if you could direct me to someone who can, I don't like wasting people's time."
She grinned up at him.

The wolf blinked solemnly down at the little girl....Tulgey...and a wolf, like him...that was endearing. She also refrained from commenting on his...customer troubles.
Good, good.
"I kin do any or all of those fings...for the right price. How many you want an' where? I can quote you a more exact amount after that."
The Wolf muttered, moving over to his table and pouring a little bit of alcohol on his hand, then wiping it on the terry cloth hanging from the back of his chair.

Awesome! This was going to go quicker than she thought it would. Honestly, if she could dance she would have. Focus though, she needed to focus.
"I would like two piercings on my left ear, one lip ring and my tongue. That's all." She nodded. If she wanted more she would come back later when she had enough money. And maybe next time she would have a tattoo design idea. Yes, that sounded like a plan. She would come in installments if this guy was good enough.
She figured he would be. I mean, he wouldn't still have a shop if he didn't right? She raised a metaphorical eyebrow at the very thought. For all she knew he could be a psychopath. Not like that mattered really... he was going to pierce her tongue. It was her current goal that absolutely needed to be completed. She wanted to be at least a little abnormal like the rest of her family.

"Awright, sounds fine. That'll be 25p, then you kin get on up in the chair over there."
He held out his hand, the piercings sounded simple enough, he would be able to do them easily.
With exception to the tongue ring...he hoped the girl had seriously thought the damn thing through...he would chat her up a bit about it once she got up in the chair, until then, the other piercings were easy enough to get on with, it would only hurt her for a second...
After accepting the money, he would head back over to his table and pull a small Bunsen burner out of a drawer, firing it up, he would pull out a few needles and begin rubbing them down with alcohol. A small, crossbow-like contraption was also pulled forth and set on the table with a dull clunk...
Ready to begin, then...

She handed over the money without a second thought. Oh hell yes this was going to rock. Rosemary hoped up on the chair, wrapped the tail around her and waited.
Out of the corner of her eye she watched him prepare for the piercings. Oh wow, that looked like it hurt. She shifted her weight for a moment before she decided that she needed to stay extremely still for this entire process. If he missed... that would hurt a lot wouldn't it? Those thoughts she didn't need to think.
She waited quietly for him to do what he was going to do. Was he going to use the same thingy to pierce her tongue? Was he going to talk her out of it? Oh no. She was going to get her tongue pierced no matter what. If it was one thing she wanted it was that. After all, there was probably a lot of fun to be had with a tongue ring when she was older.

"Fank you, Miss. I'll beg you to hold as still as you can, the ears and lip won't actually hurt as bad as I fink you're imagining...the tongue though...fink about that while I work on the rest of you...I'll ask you again abou' it when I get that far. If you say yes to it one more time, I won't press the issue."
He picked up the longer, thinner needle and held it over the flame until the metal shone with a nice, orange glow. He the gripped her left ear between his pointer finger and thumb, pulling it taut. He then pulled the needle forward and, incredibly quickly, stabbed the needle through her ear twice. The little wolf hybrid would barely feel a thing except for the heat.
Mr. Todd then picked up a small wooden box, bringing it over to the small wolf and nabbing an alcohol soaked cloth. This he handed to her.
"Ere, take this an' hold it to your ear. It'll sting a bit, but keep it from healing. Now, look frou this box an' tell me what rings you like."

Rosemary did what she was told without a complaint. It took a bit of effort to hold the rag properly. This was one of the times she wished she had a biped form like Sage.
She glanced through the box, there were quite a few choices. She balanced briefly on her hind legs so she could point to the proper choice. "The silver-ish studs there," she said before placing her paw back down on the chair.
That was easy, but he didn't make the tongue one sound fun. She wasn't going to back down though. She wanted it. She paid for it, and she was going to get it. It would be worth. She would have nodded to herself in reassurance if she didn't know better than to stay still like he asked. Thankfully he wasn't going to try and pressure her out of the piecing. Oh, the power of money was amazing.

Mr. Todd slipped the silver studs out of the box and deftly inserted them into the new holes in the small Tulgey's ears. They slid through easily and shouldn't have caused any pain, the alcohol had kept the holes from shrinking and made everything so much easier.
Now for the lip, he looked at her face for a few moments and then decided to put it directly in the center.
"Awright, now open your mouf and curl your lip down. Hol' your tongue back and try'n keep the spit away from the needle."
He muttered, picking up a shorter needle and holding it over the flame until it too turned orange with heat.
He the reached forward and pulled the young one's lip down, rolling it past the teeth and positioning it so that he had a clear shot with the needle, then jabbed it quickly through the flesh as well. The pain here would be a bit more noticeable, but nothing extreme.
The wolf would then hand her another alcohol soaked clothe and pull out a handful or rings, studs, and spikes.
"Now, which one you want in this 'ole?"
