Hatter watched the winged deer intently, watching her sample the mildly stale crackers and sip at her tea. Well, he was glad she liked it...even if he didn't feel like it was all that great. Stale crackers weren't a proper dish, even if they were edible.
"Far from perfect, but if it suits you than I'm happy." Forcefully he pushed his discontent from his mind, focusing instead on the Morganberry doe settled before him. She was offering him company on his lonely nights was she? "Another get together might be quite nice, Miss Sekhmet. Knowing in advance when I will be alone in the Capital is the hardest bit though, I have to say. I only ever seem to find myself here by accident."
In all honesty, Hatter was not keen on lingering in the City. He preferred his home in Corvistowne with his lab or his flat in the Highlands, which also had a lab. A smaller lab than he was accustomed to, but a lab nonetheless.
