For what it's worth, I also primarily refer to the FAQ to seek out answers to questions before investigating the Questions, Suggestions, Comments thread and the Joining Information forum. So, thank you for the time and effort you invest compiling all of this information into an FAQ, Kari. It is very helpful. <3
