Hello all! With the wondrous holiday of bunnies and eggs nearly upon us, Nathalia and I thought it might be appropriate to plan an event to commemorate the chocolate comas no doubt awaiting a vast majority of our members. To that end, she has allowed me to concoct an egg hunt to celebrate! Or to drive you out of your gourds, but eh. It's cause we love you all that we torture you. Right?
Right.
Around the site now, there are dispersed thirty-four images, all but one of the egg persuasion. With this game, any page on the board could potentially be housing an egg that wasn't there before with the exception of password-protected boards. Just so that things are fair, here are the five different images placed deliberately around the board.
Pretty distinct, aren't they? There are images of the four eggs and one instance of the rainbow ring on varied and sundry pages throughout the board.
Now, before we go any further. This is... important.
We are operating this hunt on the honor system. We as admin trust our players and feel that you are mature and responsible enough not to share your answers to this event with friends. A lot of work is going to go into finding these eggs and it's really, truly unfair to other people who do the searching if you give the answers to a friend, or if they give the answers to you.
Please, from the bottom of our hearts, we ask you to play this game fairly. You guys are awesome and we know that most of you wouldn't cheat, but we just want to put it out there so that it's clearly stated. We're trusting you guys here. <3
Kay, with that out of the way, here's some of the other important stuffs! This hunt is operating on a point system:
Red & Blue Eggs = 1pt
Purple Eggs = 3pt
Gold Eggs = 5pt
Rainbow Ring = Special Bonus
I've crafted a form below for you to submit answers to the hunt so that they come at me in a uniform manner. This will make all the difference in the world when it comes to calculating things up, believe me. People who don't fill out the form correctly will be PMed and asked to fix things for my sanity.
The prizes for this insanity will be... Rabbits. As in, the playable variety. The rank and region of said Rabbit will depend on the number of points you submit. I will not say how this is determined except that Nat's got it covered. If you don't have a minimum number of points, you don't get a Rabbit. If you find the Rainbow Ring, there will be an added bonus of something. *wiggles fingers mysteriously*
Should you not be interested in a Rabbit, say so in the last question of the form and if you meet the minimum for getting a Rabbit, we'll find some way to accommodate you. We dun mind at all.
Form: To be PMed to Jenn with the title EGG HUNT PARTY by March 22nd at 11:59 PM board time. This is so that they'll all be in my inbox by Easter morning and it gives you guys a nice long time to hunt. Any submitted on or after Easter Sunday morning will be ignored as past the due date. You have been warned.
