Yes, so long as they meet the 150 word requirement then posts with shopkeeps who have pictures meaning legitimate NPC's, then you will get points 83.
So, yes, playing with Cauter counts, as does Ashwin. <3

A very small amount of people got them as prizes for getting an RP over 101 posts. You could get one too as it's still November, but next month the prize will chnage, you have to work you tail off for those little buggers <3

Question. Let's say that one of my charries wants to be experimented on. If he would have some additions to him, would they be able to show in say his biped form? And would I need extra points?

Most minor changes (Such a scars) would be acquired "via" roleplay. Anything large and hard to draw however, such as large new body parts, would cost varying amounts of extra points (anywhere from 5-50 depending) what were you looking for? 83

Only creatures with a drawn image can be bred, and you can only commission a breeding if you own one of the participants (or I guess if you get permission from both owners of the participants).

If you can get the owners of said NPC's to agreee, then yes, a breeding will occur and you will be guaranteed at least one baby.
