 ((OOC: Eww Short! But I hope your muse powers mine Kiki!)) She moved with a swinging gait. She was in quite the good mood. It was near midnight and she missed the home that she came from... the Yarrow Gardens. Her house happend to be located in a beautiful small glade that she purchesed and payed with her whole salery... each week. And these woods here where nice... but not the wood she was used too. She gave a sigh as she leaned down to sniff a particular flower... it was nice... It looked like a rose... well not a Yarrow Rose... but it was ok. She plucked it from the stalk and placed it behind her ear. Inali was off duty today, also being the last of the days that she would be in the Capital, well afterwards delivering the male in question... it was a rough fight atleast, and quite fun! She always loved a good tussle every now and again. Inali sat under a tree and looked about, she thought she saw someone else. Who could that be? |

((her picture says Jack but she's ranked as a King)) Dilis was on the warpath today, she had at first gone through the other stages of grief: Denial, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance since her breakup with Peder and now she was feeling Anger. Angry at herself, the world... all it would really take is one little thing and she was most likely to blow. As she was walking a Corvie girl bumped into her without saying sorry, so she bumped back... with her fist. " WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING YOU BITCH" (oh yes, that was a contraction.) she seethed. She wasn't about to let some girl do something like that. She stared at the girl coldly and spit at her, adjusting her gloves as well. " I was walking here and you have the fucking nerve to bump me and you can't even say sorry?" The girl looked terrified, she didn't know what had happened. First she was walking and she just barely brushed the woman... Why was she so upset? " I-i didn't meant to..." she cried while rubbing her eye. She was bound to have a shiner in the morning. " Oh you're sorry? really? you're sorry. Well i'm sorry about THIS" she screamed as she kicked the girl making her fall to the ground. " You're just like the rest of them thinking you're better than everyone else, the world is not your oyster lady and you are certainly not better than me" her voice was filled with pure hatred and venom, she was not about to stop kicking the girl either. |

Inali had been planning on just a nice and quiet evening, but apparently a king decided to upset her day rather ruefully. She thought that the girl would have been alright, just running back home to speak of the evil woman that hit her, but it appeared to be that this Avington was not in any mood to stop hitting the poor little girl.
Inali jupped up from her seat and rushed over twoards the little girl and her attacker. She wouldn't stand for this sort of behavior, especialy twoards some random girl, now though if it happend to be two older more mature people than she woudln't have cared in the leaste but this time it went too far.
As her profession she noted each and every artical of mismatched clothing and accessories, attempting to discover which items may prove to be weapons, also if she had any weapons on her.
She noted the pearls that glimmered more than regular pearls did, and the gloves that road all the way up to a little past the elbo. She didn't know what did what, but she knew that she had to watch out for them. It would be pretty bad if she was to get hurt here and now.
When she got close enough to the woman stopping before the two did she feel a sort of happy? Why would she be feeling happy at a time like this? She shook her head and started grwoling,
"Woman I don't know what your problem is but, if you don't stop this right now than your going to have a much more deadly one on your hands." she said in a happy menancing way. Oh yea... something was up here... she was supost to be sounding serious... but for some odd reason she was quite happy all of the sudden...
Why was she smelling lilacs? She saw that there were no lilac bushes or vines around the courtyard and it wasn't the season for the flower to bloom and give the wonderful smell throughout the area... something was up... and she didn't like it... it wasn't her.

Dilis was not in any mood to stop her attacks. All she knew was that somehow this girl had done something to her and she needed to rectify the situation. She was just about to kick her for the last time when she was interrupted by a passerby.
"Please help... me..." the girl cried out. "I didn't do anything..."
"This girl is no concern of yours, mind your own damn business" she hissed.
She grabbed the Corvie by the hair and dragged her toward the Yarrow. "This girl was trying to steal my thoughts from my mind... I couldn't let her... I keep my thoughts locked up so no one can see, how dare she try to take them!" she suddenly punched the girl in the stomach making her gasp and fall into a pathetic pile.
She would kill her if she had to. She was no longer in control of her actions and what happened would happen. She took a swing at the Yarrow and laughed as she did so. Why did everything seem so funny to her all of a sudden?

This woman was truly off her rocker! Inali didn’t expect that some people could be this deranged! Inali must diffuse this situation and fast!
Inali expected the attack that she threw out there. She wouldn’t let herself get hit this early in the fight. The odd happiness lessened up a bit as she felt herself and the young Corvie in danger. She leapt to the left with a quick push of her back and forelegs, shooting her up in the air about 1 ½ feet. She gave a growl and decided that it was time to press the attack back upon the woman.
Though being at a point where she could say something than attack, which she used to her advantage, did she state, “I’m Inali, Deputy Sheriff of the Yarrow Gardens. For assaulting both a officer and a innocent!”
With that she leapt forward expecting to tackle the woman to the ground where she would be able to maneuver faster than the human with two legs. Inali at least had the upper hand there. If she could pull this off she would go for the woman’s throat where she could subdue the woman without a complaint… but close combat like this was tricky… and could backfire.

Dilis saw out of the corner of her eye the woman preparing for attack to so she freaked slightly. Feeling threatened, a glass barrier would form around her though it can be broken. Inali should be careful if she were to break it because it was powerful and she could indeed get hurt.
"Attack me wench, I dare you! You'll never get the secrets out, NEVER" she screamed in her fit of rage.
She was crazy enough to spout nonsense and beat on others but she wasn't crazy enough to get herself killed. Though at this point, she welcomed death in all her sorrow. She had to live for Peder, in the off chance that he may do something drastic. She grinned at the woman maniacally as she looked around at her glass barrier, daring the other woman to break it.

She was able to stop her leap in a near back breaking attempt, to land nearby. She gazed at both the woman and the barrier that was formed. Things didn’t look quite right with it… so she started to circle the barrier wondering if she would break first… if not the matter was simple enough.
“But I want to know all your Secrets, you can’t hide them forever, crazy woman.” She said with a calm voice, still circling the woman, forcing her to have to turn her body to keep eye contact with her. It was a tactic to make someone do something that you innately wanted them to do… without their knowing. Inali had been in situations like this before… but it had been in a closed room with two burly people behind her interrogating the suspect… here she would have to keep a clear mind… it was rational against irrational.
“I will know your secrets, even if I have to pry them out of your head, one… at… a… time…” she said the last bit slowly to draw out the meaning behind the words. When she passed by the small girl did she give her a nip, attempting to get her up and out of here, though always keeping her eyes on the Crazy One.

Dilis looked up at Inali, her eyes bugged out "NO YOU CAN'T HAVE THEM AND I'LL SHOW YOU CRAZY" she screamed at the woman. She was just not doing well with her volume control today it seemed.
"STOP RIGHT THERE" she yelled grabbing the young woman and forcing her into her near the barrier. If it were to be broken, the girl would be hit as well.
"You'll never get anything from me! And as for your little plan... try again and she dies, I won't be lettin her go anytime soon" she seethed as she reached out and knocked the corvie girl unconscious.
The girl went wide eyed as she realized she wasn't going to getting out of this so soon. She thought there was a glimmer of hope when the Yarrow was trying to usher her over but then the crazy Avington grabbed her and well... she knew this wasn't going to end up well for her.
"If you want to settle this, then do it already. I've heard enough talk from you. I think it's time you took some action... or are you really all talk? Maybe you're scared" she laughed bitterly. She hated it when people couldn't back up their words.

Inali had it as far as she could with the crazy woman… She walked backwards looking for something that she could use to break the barrier around the Avington. She saw a low lying branch and picked it with her mouth. She used her nifty magical ability to become deadly with the chosen weapon. The branch would do good enough to break the barrier and hopefully smash the woman’s face in…
She looked back and gave the woman a snarl, “Do you really think that you’re going to kill someone today? If you think that than your quite wrong! For today will be your LAST!!!” With that last word she rushed the barrier and tossed the branch a good seven feet away aiming for the girls head. The branch was aimed with carful precision and speed.
She saw the glass rushing towards her than… the only thing she could do was duck her head behind her fluffy tail for protection, fear rushing across her face for a brief moment.

((I took liberties and "god-modded" the fight if you will only because Naf and I discussed the outcome beforehand. As Nat stated, the glass does not kill Inali but if Naf chooses he can always pay to add the scars with points later. If not, the scratches will not scar Inali at all. They'll just hurt for awhile lol.))
Dilis smirked as the woman broke the barrier. Glass shards flew towards her in a blast and scraped Inali's skin, leaving small marks as they went by. It wouldn't be enough to kill Inali but she may end up with some scars later on. At this moment, Dilis didn't feel weak anymore. She was able to take all her anger and frustration out on these two and it felt kind of good.
However, Dilis had pushed the girl in the way killing her from the full blast of it all as she had been hit by the glass mainly in the face. The yarrow had failed, Dilis laughed to herself. "I told you not to get involved or she died. Too bad you didn't listen" she sneered as she peered down at the lifeless Corvie before her. Sometimes you had to do what you had to do and Inali had pushed Dilis after all.
