Oh, this was perfect. He had even mentioned he had all day, so he couldn't kick her out with an "I have another appointment" excuse. Her tail gave a twitch of a wag.
"That would be ideal. Lead the way, Mr. Theofilus.
~
It was a brisk walk, good to know that she didn't have to slow her pace down for him. There were people that knew and greeted him as he past. Some of them giving Heilyn funny looks, as she had a bit of a reputation.
[OOC: I can't find a description of Theo's office, so I'm going to make it up a little. xD ]
They arrived at a very nice office. Heilyn looked around at all the things in it. She looked at the pictures and books and trinkets and anything else in sight before he spoke up. There was a few pictures (like a small painted portrait) that Heilyn saw the back of from where she was sitting, she presumed of his family. Cute.

Rogers watched as the pair entered the office. So that was the client from the bog? Maybe he should make tea... though he had to wonder what she would do with mask. The German Shepard went to make the proper tea, flipping the sign on the door for a moment. Kelasia was still in the back working, so everything would be fine there. Theofilus could deal with the customer alone.
The sparrow took his seat an pulled out the proper books for shipping glassware. He quickly thumbed through the pages to find the proper page. After a moment or two of finding the proper page he flipped the book around and pointed to the proper column. "If you take a seat, you can see that these are the flat rates for shipping glass material. The column I'm pointing to is the number of glasses, the column next to it is the cost for the supplies needed. Everything else is labeled. Also, I have the book hear for shipping rates to different regions. Avington really is the only place that we have to charge extra for." The sparrow sighed. Where was Rogers with the tea?
(( OOC: XD I never really do describe Theo's office. It's perfectly okay to make things up <3 ))

Alright, everything was in order. And, hey, look at that. He wasn't that far off from what he'd estimated at the park, either. She'd remember to ask for a copy of this signed by him. As nice as he seemed, she was still a bit of a paranoid crazy girl and was not about to be cheated. She always saw them as necessary precautions, perfectly normal and logical, and considering the things she'd seen being related to those involved in the court back home, no precaution was a frivolous one. Prices seemed reasonable.
Was that it? She racked her brain for anything else she might need.
She had the contacts of the people she'd be working with (or will be getting them soon), she knew the prices and procedures, the people back home had the means to take care of the outsiders, and the goods for them to ship. Was it really time to sign now? It just seemed so quick. Surely she was missing something.
"I need to know how I contact Rose and Alex, I want a copy of these pages with your signature to ensure that these are the ones you showed me and will be going by. Also, I'd like to see the insurance should the good be damaged during travel. Unfortunately, due to my current situation, you will only have one place to ship to so far, which will be a shop here in the Capital." She paused. She couldn't think of anything else. She'd already promised Theofilus that his people would be taken care of.
"I believe... that is all...? This is were I make an account with you and we begin, am I right?" Her ear twitched as she heard footsteps approaching the door.

Rogers knocked on the door before opening it carefully. The German Shepard set the tea on the table next to Theofilus' desk before leaving, giving a slight bow to the coyote.
"Well, then. I can get those copies to you before you leave, I'll also give you Rose and Alex's contact information. As for starting an account..." The sparrow paused to open a drawer and pull out a book. He opened the book and offered her the contract within. "I need you to read and sign this to open an account. I'll give you sometime to read through it while I go make copies. The insurance statement is on the blue page, three pages behind it," Theofilus said with a nod. He got up with the original documents, but before exiting he stopped at the tea. "If you would like some help yourself." He poured himself a cup before quickly exciting.
He wanted to give her enough time to read the contract. There were no loop holds, and it was pretty clean cut. However, she had a lot of legal speak to read, as well as the insurance policy. The sparrow took his time.

"Thank you, Mr. Theofilus. she gave her head a bow to him as he left and went back to the papers. Hoboy. Legal speak. Heilyn was just so excited to read it.
Ung.
She read through the entire thing several times. A few times to get the gist, one to decipher legal speak, and several to find loopholes. Everything seemed solid. She read through it very, very carefully once more (for the bazillionth time) just to be sure.
Yep it was solid.
It was almost too good to be true, and that made her nervous. Then again, she'd found nothing actually suspicious. Nothing other than the oddity of honest business to throw her for a loop. She'd turned this over in her mind several times. She was finding herself ready to sign when he heard Theo's footsteps coming back toward the door. Only an ear turned toward the door as it opened. She looked across the desk for a pen, and dragged it toward herself when she found an easily accessed one.

The sparrow closed the door behind him quietly. He set the copies on the desk. "All the papers should be in order. Your copy of the contract is under the one you just read, and you can take the pink sheet that has our insurance policy on it."
Theofilus was quite satisfied. He had managed to open a brand new account that would get him some connections. This was a fantastic day. "Oh yes, we'll have an account number for you soon. You'll be able to ship right away though, Rose and Alex should be ready by the time you contact them." The sparrow said offering his hand to the coyote once she set down the pen and original contract. He was quite happy about all of this. Rogers would be ecstatic to find out there was a grand opportunity to make more money from another business venture. "If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me."

She gave a nod as he put the papers down. She fiddled with the latch on her mask, held her breathe, and it opened. She picked up the pen in her mouth and signed the paper. She put the pen down and closed the mask again, waited for it to close properly before returning attention to Theofilus. She gave him her paw in the hand he offered.
"I look forward to coming in contact with your associates soon. And, you know, if you're interested, you are more than welcome to come on this first trip to the Bog yourself if you'd like." A smirk stretched across her face, thinking of how jealous Miss Amethyst would be when she finds out she'd not only met, but done business with a very good-looking Queen.

"I unfortunately have to pass, I have a mountain of court work to do in the upcoming two weeks, and then I have to prepare things for my son's birthday." Theofilus was actually sort of depressed he wasn't even lying about it. He was tempted to go to the bog, but he really did have too much work to do. That and Calia and Kelasia would probably scold him if he decided to go on a little adventure. They never ended up going right.
"I do look forward to being a partner in business." He said as he finished the hand sake, everything was settled then. The sparrow smiled cheerily, "Would you like me to escort you to the door and see you off? For the sake of bragging rights at least?"Being a little bit light hearted wouldn't kill him, he imagined. Thankfully the business was sealed, and Rose and Alex would be on their way to opening new connections. He and Rogers might have to open a bottle of wine in celebration tonight.
((OOC: Shall we close it with one more post from you? ))

[Yus. :3 I will label it as finished now.]
Heilyn nodded. "Well, best of luck with your business and keep in mind you are welcome at anytime."
...bragging rights? Ah, yes. that's right. This would be the first connection to the Bog not only that he had, but that the rest of the world probably had. He was probably going to have a very good evening tonight. Queen of Diamonds. She had made a rather excellent connection as well, and would have much to celebrate. She thought of going out for a drink, but after what happened last time...
Gods damn that Solandrian... whatever his name was.
Put that was irrelevant. Heilyn was a very good mood right now.
"Of course, Your Majesty. Brag away." she grinned, allowing herself to be lead out.
