[omfg, tongue <3]
Heilyn had to laugh. Oddly enough, there was a fair amount of truth to her statement, but she didn't have much of a chance to share the thought as a beer bottle had suddenly smashed over the head of a dog. Ears went up in surprise as she was being shoved past and violence suddenly broke out. She turned in her seat to look at him. Apparently, the guy behind her had done something to offend the bat, or the bat as an outright psycho. Or both. Regardless, she wanted her injuries to heal and watched in envy as he fought.
As she watched him, she began to realize how lucky she was the day they'd met. She was a very good fighter, but paled in comparison to this. Did he take it easy on me? she wondered. Just then a rather huge bull decided to come up behind Seth to hit him with a chair. Uh, huh, yeah. I'm going to let that happen. She activated her magic ability that made him feel pain. The bull dropped the char in surprised, hitting one of his comrades over the head, and proceeded to rub his eyes. The pain only got worse over the next few seconds as he shrieked, having no idea where the pain was coming from. Heilyn simply glared at him as he began to fall on the floor.
The fight was getting progressively bigger as most of the rest of the bar was joining in. It was nearing evening with mostly men who didn't have a family to eat dinner with. The place was a powder keg to begin with. Heilyn ducked as a broken bottle whizzed past her head, but that broke her concentration on the spell.

(I know, right? XD He's such a smarmy guy.)
Her laugh had only served to fuel his strange desire to attack the man who had glared at her. He hadn't heard it before, and his alcohol-fueled mind found it strangely... Lovely-sounding. Mentally, he shook himself. God damn her, the bitch. She'd put some kind of Bog-poison into his drink, he was beyond positive.
The adrenaline surged through Seth's body as his feet connected with a fox that had risen up to take the bloodhound's place. He used his whole body as a weapon, covering opponent's faces with his tent-like wings so that their attacks met with cards who weren't him. His jaw closed satisfactoraly on the legs of many, bringing them effectively to the floor as he tore with his claws. People seemed to forget who they were attacking, focusing instead on feeling a face, any face, under their fists.
Seth chortled to himself as he slipped free from the tussle, nursing a bruise that was beginning to blossom on his jaw. He was so focused on the entertainment that had come from the fight that he didn't notice the bull until Heilyn had dropped him. Seth whirled at the noise of his collapse and screaming, ears perking as he looked quickly to the Heart. Had she-?
Then her concentration was broken, and the bull stumbled back to his feet.
"Little son of a-[/b]" the man howled, reaching out to grab Seth. In reply, Seth grabbed the bull by the horns, pulling the man's face down with surprising strength and smashing it against the bar, knocking him out cold. With a deep breath, Seth pulled himself back up to Heilyn, staring at her for a moment and grinning widely before leaning in and biting her ear.
There was no intent to fight in that bite.
(bwahahaha bad Seth >>; )

She felt her heart almost skip a beat as she watched him slam the bull into the bar. She was quite impressed and would love for him to do something like that to her wondered where he'd learn to fight like that. Then he bite her ear.
Ohh~ it was like not realizing how hungry you were until you took a bite of something. And, oh, that was the bite, yes it was. She had to get out of there and either leave alone or taken him with her.
She bopped him with her masked nose and leapt off the stool. It was her turn to impress him. For someone with an injured paw, she moved with incredible agility and speed, weaving between the fights without a scratch. However, one fellow, missing her with a kick that'd she'd aptly dodged, decided that hooking one of her air tank tubes with a walking stick would be a good idea.
She gave a yip in surprise as she was pulled to one side. Damn, she hated not having and easy form of offensive anything. She kicked him in the face in an attempt to get him off. Fscking drunks. She left some goodly-sized claw marks on his face before he let her go. She continued trying to get out of that bar. She didn't recover quickly enough on her feet as she was grabbed. Panicking, she hadn't noticed herself change into bipedal. The surprise had mad the attacker let go, she changed back and fled.
[sorry this took so long, i'm typing with one hand and there is a movie suddenly being played to distract me xD]

The casual bite was accompanied with a small lick of that tongue of his, eyes narrowed slightly with pleasure. Yeah, screw what his brain had said. He'd never really listened to it before, and he saw no reason to start now. The whack to his head stunned him for a moment, and he leaned in, as if expecting to collapse against her. When she was not there, he caught himself with a brisk flare of his wings, watching her move through the brawl with a wide grin covering his mouth.
Oh, yes, he was impressed. Very impressed.
As she was attacked, however, his good mood shattered again, and he lunged forward with a feral hiss into the brawl once more. He fell atop Heilyn's attacker and, as she kicked at his face, sunk his teeth into his neck, thumbs pressed firmly against his sides. Another fighter gripped the bat by the back of his neck, pulling back on him hard, and Seth's teeth were ripped from the first man. Both howled, the bat in rage as he watched the coyote begin to slip away. He struggled wildly, slashing and biting at anything in his path, and was finally dropped after recieving a hard punch to his elongated snout.
He didn't, however, miss her brief transformation, and his eyes widened in surprise. He had to catch up. Every attempt to grab him failed as he bolted for the exit, scrabbling through the throngs.
His gait was strange and loping as he tore free from the inside of the place, head whipping from side to side as he tried to catch sight of her. Where the hell had she gone?!

[Oh, we can pretty much guarantee they will. xD]
Her paw was throbbing, so she slowed and eased the pain with her magic. That was only good for an hour, but by then she would be back at her place under the store, icing it. She looked back, processing what just happened. That.. bat... she just now realized he'd helped her escape her attacker. She felt the tiniest wave of... something... she didn't know what it was. She already felt lust for him, so what was that weird feeling? She dismissed it as a fluke and slowly began turning away. She was distracted by a thought. What had happened when that guy had let her go? It was such a blur, and it was only for a second, but... something felt... different... OH CRAP
The he was, he's just exited the bar and was looking around, presumably for her. She bolted in the direction of the tea shop, hoping he hadn't seen her... but at the same time...

(homg, I am also loving surprises. XD maybe they don't so much, but... XD I do.)
Seth could feel a heat on his face, and he reached up to feel at it. When he pulled his wing back, the sight of blood made his lip curl. If he wasn't in such a rush to catch up to Heilyn, he would have likely dashed back into the bar and sink his teeth into the sonnovabitch who had gotten that hit in on him...
For now, there were more important matters at hand. He couldn't see her anywhere, so he chose instead to use his other sights. Those oversized ears of his weren't just for decoration, and it only took a small second of listening before the sound of footsteps running away from the bar reached him. That had to be her. He began to take off after her at a galloping run, reaching into himself to activate his most basic of magics.
It took only a minute or two before the magically-aided bat caught sight of Heilyn's retreating backside (and a lovely backside it was...). "Hey! Hey, where the hell are you goin'?![/b]" he called out, keeping up his pace and gaining ground fast. "It's just not polite, giving me that an' bolting...[/b]"

CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAP mixed with 'oh, god, yes, come and get it' was the mantra running through her head. We was gaining ground quickly, too. She kept going, seeing the store in sight. She ran past it, him nearly on top of her now, and she gave straight vertical leap, nearly clearing him except for a kick to the head. She turned as quickly as she could and dashed into the store. What's-her-face parakeet was explaining something to a person in the store. They both screeched when the non-magically aided blur of Heilyn whizzed past them. She couldn't react except for being even more shocked as an even faster brown and blue blur whizzed past nearly knocking her over.
Heilyn dashed downstairs to her room, the air tanks taking their toll on her stamina. She knew the bat was still behind her, and close, too. She'd come to a decision. She want this. She wanted him. She flung open the door to the room and left it open. She stayed next to it, so she could close it quickly. She just hoped he was after the same thing, or this would all be very frustrating.

Seth's frustrations, both physical and mental, were pushing him on faster than before. She was so close that he felt that he could simply reach out and bite her by the scruff, give her a stern talking to and oh god she was just so CLOSE.
He had to press those thoughts from his head. The second he lost his concentration on himself, he would drop the spell and lose her again. For now, he chose to follow her in silence to wherever it was that she would take them, always just a step behind her like some kind of blue-tipped shadow. He only hoped that he was being led somewhere slightly more quiet than the bar had been. They had a lot of talking to do, yes they did. Her kick left him doubled over, teeth snapping hungrily to catch her leg or tail, anything, but he came away with only a mouthful of oily brown fur. It took only a moment's scuffling before he was on her tail again, bursting through the building so quickly that he didn't even have a chance to become repulsed at the decor.
And then, he was there. Downstairs. This was where she lived, eh? His eyes narrowed as she came into his sight, and he didn't waste an instant before he tackled her, sinking his teeth only slightly into her neck and wrapping around her with his wings.
Oh, yes. Tonight was playing out to be a good night, indeed.
((post from you and then a fade to black? XD and I'll pick up in the morning?))

She breathed heavily as she heard him approaching faster, then saw him. She only had a split second to /appreciate/ the look in his eyes before she was tackled. In a swift movement that was distracted only by that gentle bite, she kicked the door closed with her back leg as she went flying back. She moaned at the bite, but didn't let herself get too distracted as landing on top of those God-forsaken tanks hurt like nothing else. She made sure to land on her back then fiddling quickly with her mask, bit him back in choice locations for as long as she could hold her breath.
~~~
They had no idea how much time had passed. Heilyn woke, then groaned. She was sore all over with brand new injuries. There was something furry next behind her. What was he doing back there? Then the day's events flashed by. She smiled and gave a satisfied sigh. Oh, yes. She remembered what he was doing back there and her tail wagged lazily. It took her a moment to realize she was lying on her side.
Without her air tanks.
dsgfhdjdhf. asdfghjgkhmngdnbsgnj DFGAJHFAHLEGIFGDESUHFGMNGH!!!!!1
She sprang up, her heart racing. How long had she gone without them?! As she landed, she was reminded of her poorly abused ankle. She yelped as she landed on it and crumpled back down to the ground.
She calmed herself by reminded herself how good bat spit was for you.
