Due to a recent transition in power, the Court of Spades is seeking those of the Spade suit for various job placements within the palace. Gardeners, cooks, domestic servants, attendants, titled nobility, and others are all needed to begin a new cycle within the Court. Interested parties should apply to either Her Excellence Vessatha, His Highness Dysthymia, or Her Majesty Donnie, depending on the position sought. All applicants are welcome to submit to the selection process.
OOC: If anyone has any Spades interested in working within the palace, whatever their rank, this is a great time! Poke Jenn either in a reply to this or via PM and we'll see about getting things started for you. Muahaha. Pleeeease play with me? >:3

Souris had been playing with the idea of applying to the Courts for awhile now, and the recent Transition Proclamation was a powerful draw. She consulted her meager knowledge of the structure of the Court of Spades, frowning, before deciding. She wasn't acquiainted with the ranking individuals mentioned in the proclamation, but nevertheless, she would apply to Vessatha, whom she knew by reputation, at least.
She would have applied to Donalda, but she honestly didn't think she was up to the challenge. To be Ladies' maid to the Queen require some serious magical ability, she suspected.
