"I suppose I can't have you promise to have children," Kazifel snorted in mild amusement. Alphonse having children was something he didn't see happening. He was less likely to have children than Rose, and if Rose had children.... it might be the end of the world.

Alphonse could always pass it on to another member of the family if he saw fit. As for wearing it Kazifel wasn't full of many ideas.

"Since you're not fond of clothing my only advice to you would be something along the lines of a belt or a clip." He shrugged. "This is also a sign that you're an adult. So you have the ability to think for yourself."

He smiled. "I think I'll go and tell your mother the good news while she's still a bit distracted to do anything tonight. In theory. You might want to make sure your door locked for a while."

Blech. Children. Nasty, smelly little things that ran around everywhere. Alphonse didn't know how or why his parents put up with five of them crawling around. He would have just eaten them all and been done with it.

"A belt might work..." he mused in agreement, reaching over to run his thumb over the smooth metal surface of the watch. He ignored the adult comment. Of course he was an adult. He was just looking for suggestions. Rawr. Maybe his grandmother would have a chain stury enough to use as a belt, but that didn't look stupid.

He breathed a sigh of relief as his father actually volunteered to tell his mother. Of course, the man wouldn't have married her if he couldn't take her outbursts, but still. Yeesh. "Echeh, yes. I will lock and bolt it. She might have a key." He could talk at her through the door if she came by, at least until he could go outside and hunt himself up a meal.
