Whoa, that sucks hardcore that your computer is still broken. The fact that no one has ever seen, let alone fixed, the problem brings its status down to a new level of epic failure. :P On the bright side, congratulations on your new position at Staples! ^_^ There's no doubt you'll be more than capable of fixing other people's computers, given the assorted problems you've experienced with your own.
