Anya couldn't help but feel at ease when Theofilus smiled like that. He was so very happy to add yet another member to the family, or more for that matter... She briefly laid a hand upon her belly, beaming back at the handsome sparrow.
Such a wonderful man, she would be glad to be a part of this family. So very glad, no matter how Father felt about it all.
"If I wouldn't be taking up too much of your time, a bit to eat would be lovely. We do have quite a bit of catching up to do." The last time they'd really spoken was when she'd wound up sharing his bed. Quickly the Quetzal banished the blush upon her cheeks and lifted to her feet. Her coat swayed around her as she lifted and she leaned in to wrap her arms around Theo regardless of the fact that she wasn't leaving just then. "I really can't express how happy all of this makes me, Dad."
