The thumping of the canine's tail against the chair could be heard quite audibly at the thought of backstage. Being... shown backstage. He distinctly remembered the first time he'd been back there as the first time the two of them had met, and hadn't that been a wonderful night. The swan's grin only increased the wagging. Unfortunately, they were interrupted before that very pleasant fantasy could be made a reality. He returned the woman's small smile politely, but without much feeling. "Of course, of course. You're a busy man and I wouldn't want to interfere with your work. I certainly appreciate the attention, though. A very personal touch. You seem to be very good at your job. Maybe come and say a few words when you next get the time?" He let Rosewood go with a slightly more genuine smile, watching the swishing of the feathery backside as it made its way away from him. A fine, fine ass. Damn.
Memories assaulted him and he couldn't help but grin. He felt ridiculously happy, and stupidly obvious, and he didn't care. Maybe he could drop by the Apple and bribe the cooks into packing him something to go.
