Tamah wasn't quite sure how she felt about ... well, everything. Morpheus had been a rather large shock to her system and now a visitor on top of it? She needed to talk to Osias alone but it seemed she wouldn't be getting a chance... damn. She dipped her head courteously to the strange and turned, making her way to the sitting room with her head and tail low.
This way Miss, Osias and his son are in here.
She stopped by the door frame and sat down on her rump before lifting a paw and gesturing for the Corvie to enter. It wasn't her place to know her Osias' business and she hadn't been invited in to join them so this is where she would stay until she was summoned. Besides she had a lot of thinking to do and waiting here would be best ... well, she could also hear everything that was said as well. Her ears may have rotted off long ago but ... she still had a rather keen sense.

He twitched an ear as he listened to the conversation near the door. Well, she was still being chipper and polite even if she wasn't in the greatest of moods. Pitty, he wouldn't get to punish the canine at all before he left well ... he wasn't about to leave so ... maybe? One could hope.
Yes Alure, come join us here in the sitting room.
He didn't want to get up out of his chair at this present moment so he simply extended his hand and made a gesture toward the couch, which had a weasel-rat sprawled over it at present.
Morpheus show some manners and offer the lady a seat ... she's been traveling for quite awhile now.
The younger lowlander flipped his ears backward and reluctantly curled himself up so that he didn't take up the entire couch and so that Alure would have a cushion all her own. He wasn't entirely happy about having to move around but .. .well ... he had no room to complain.
Besides he was terribly curious to see what his mother was up to. It wasn't often that he heard the rat being so ... kind.

Alure dipped her head in thanks to the femme and walked in the direction she was sent shortly coming to the sitting room and being faced by not one, but two Queens. Talk about intimidating. She took a deep breath and walked into the room, a smile on her face as she did. She bowed to both males before moving and taking the offered seat on the couch, being sure to take up the least amount of room she possibly could. The last thing she needed was the possibility that her. . .condition would flair up in the presence of two such powerful beings.
She cleared her throat, her tail curling around one leg as she looked toward Oasis, still unsure as to why she had been called so far from home. Alure d'Ssinssrigg at your service, your Majesties. I do hope I wasn't late, Sire, it isn't often that I leave Corvistowne so I don't know the area very well. Obviously, her nerves were showing, she hated that, but there was little she could do about that now. What is it that I can do for you? Time to be professional. She highly doubted that she had been called out here as anything but a therapist, she doubted that either Queen was even aware that she spent the other half of her time as a whore.

Morpheus adjusted himself in his seat and turned his head to the side, eying the little rat with an arched brow. As he watched her he curled his tail over his paws and around his form, the idly twitching tip hitting the arm of the couch. What kinds of business would his mother have with someone ... like this? And ... someone who had such a low rank? For now he didn't quite feel like speaking. especially since his mother had already blurted out his name, and he simply nodded to her.
You're not late ... if you were I probably would have sent you home.
He really wasn't one for tardiness or lies and she was on time so ... he had no issues with her yet. That didn't mean he wouldn't find something he didn't like about her before their time together was done.
I heard of your interest and, well ... I've got a study for you. Someone that I know has been well ... off their rocker since I was little.
He tried to keep an expression on his face that was, at the very least, neutral. They were about to touch on a rather sensitive subject for him but ... he was fully prepared to burn that specific bridge and just move on... finally. This was the final step and he was eager to get it done and over with.

Alure nodded to his comment, taking a moment to look over at the other male before turning back to Oasis. She had to admit that she was a bit shocked that the Queen had heard anything at all about her, let alone about her interests. If it wasn't for her dark fur, she would have swore they would have seen her blush. I see. 'Off their rocker' could mean anything from a mild madness to a full blown phobia or just about anything. She was more than a little intrigued now.
The rat once more took a moment to study the quieter of the two males, she had a feeling that he wasn't the one Oasis spoke of. She would of course need more details if she was to be of any help. She wanted to make sure that it was something within her realm of study, Alure would hate if she had been summoned all this way just to disappoint the Queens. Tell me a bit more of the problem. Is it a constant thing, or something that comes and goes over time?

He leaned forward, an odd grin on his face as he rested his chin atop laced fingertips. He had been trying to get himself into the proper mind state for all of this since he'd heard her knock on the door and now, whether he was ready or not ... it would begin. He did enjoy the fact that she got straight down to business and didn't waste any of his time with silly banter about the weather or other dribble like that. He could, potentially, enjoy aiding this rat in her work... potentially.
It was a come and go sort when I was younger ... but it turned into a consistent thing when I was oh ... about 13. Silly thing thinks she killed me and that I'm some sort of ghost on top of it/
He rolled his golden eyes at the last little comment, he did leave off the fact that she believed his father was still alive ... he didn't feel like discussing that particular man at the present moment .... but he'd already conquered that little problem ... hadn't he?
Morpheus made himself comfortable on his half of the couch, wiggling his body down into the cushions. This was somewhat interesting though and his pointed ears perked fully forward to listen to his mother's word. That grin on his face ... it was a strange one that not even he could read. But he was talking about someone, some woman, from far into his past and it intrigued him to no end as to who this person was. After all ... he'd never met someone categorized as 'off their rocker' before ... right?
Tamah stayed where she was but had her head tilted to the side to better hear who and what the pair were discussing. A bit of confusion crossed her features, had she heard right? Were they talking about the mistress? Was this woman here to, perhaps, help the poor woman? She certainly hoped so ...

Alure listened intently as the Queen spoke, rounded ears twitching with a hint of anticipation as the story slowly unfolded. Now, this was something that she could sink her teeth into. Her silver eyes widened a bit when it came to the point that the person mention thought that she had killed Oasis and now thought he was a ghost. She mentally kicked herself for not bringing her tape recorder with her, but surely this was a story that she would remember. Who know, when she finally obtained her bi-ped form, maybe she would be able to write a paper on the whole matter, changing names and places of course. Had to stick with the doctor patient confidentiality thing after all.
The little rat forgot about the other Queen for a moment, since it was beyond obvious that he was not the person being spoken of. I must assume that this person is a member of your family? She had to admit that she was getting more and more excited as time went on, this could very well prove to be the case that made or broke her as a professional.

Morpheus switched his gaze between the two rats and curled his own rat tail with the slightest bit of intrigue. They had similar expressions and it was almost comical really, perhaps it was a rat thing and that's why he didn't quite grasp what was so bloody interesting. Alright so ... some woman was crazy, why did that matter? He wasn't quite getting the whole picture here ... and it was strange.
Indeed ... my mother actually. And, before you ask, she is, indeed, here. I keep her on a heavy sedative when I come to visit ... but I've told Tamah not to give it to her today.
He curled his bony tail up into a half loop as he watched the intrigue come across and linger upon the other rat's face. Good, his mother was apparently as interesting to the woman as he thought she'd be. The odd grin on his face widened a bit more ... this was going well.
Wait ... I have a grandparent that's still alive?
His pointed ears came forward even more at that ... he'd thought he'd met his entire, living, family. He'd heard that his mother's father was dead and since no other family members had been discussed he'd just assumed they were dead all the way around.

It wasn't very often that she had such an interesting case basically dropped into her lap and she was nearly foaming at the mouth to actually meet the Queens mother. The sedation comment didn't even phase her. Sometimes it was easier to talk to the sedated ones, easier to get information, but in time she would defiantly want to see the woman not sedated. Well, Sire, I admit that I am more than a little interested in meeting your mother. First, I have to wonder, exactly what is it that you wish for me to accomplish, if anything at all? Are you looking for a cure, or simply answers to the cause of her dementia?
She turned her head and looked at the other male, he seemed to be having thoughts leading in a different direction. Could it be that Oasis was embarrassed by his mother? She couldn't say that she would blame him if he was. She was certainly embarrassed by her own mother and there wasn't a thing wrong with her. . .at least none that she had ever stuck around to find out about. Apparently, Oasis had kept his mother a secret from everyone.
