There were so many suckers out there just leaving their belongings around, Dilis couldn't believe how stupid some people were. Because on the outside she looked cute and sweet, she knew she could get away with this. She walked around the bar, picking wallets and purses as she made nice with the poor victi-err patrons of said bar. She was just about to sit down for a drink when she spotted her. A cute innocent little sparrow sitting by herself, with her coin purse just sitting there on the edge of her chair. It was really calling to her, she had to do something so she got up and strode over casually and snatched it up. She whistled a little tune as she merrily walked back to her seat to count her stash. So far she had 221 gold, two watches and a diamond ring. This was turning out to be a killer day. Since she had Aidan with her, it was easy for her to get a hold of their valuables while they play with the cute bander. Dilis rolled her eyes, people were so predictable sometimes.

Lariel was sitting at her usual table in the back corner of the bar where she could watch all the other Cards. If she was lucky either a fight would break out or someone would make an ass out of themselves. Lately, this place had become her favorite source of entertainment. Already one of the patrons who she'd seen here before had been thrown out since the five shots of whatever liquor he'd done hadn't sat well with him. Good thing the vomit had been cleaned up quick or he might not have been the only one to lose his stomach. The Bobcat had just sat back down at her table after getting her drink refilled when she spotted the green, blue, and yellow Card snatch the small purse from the unsuspecting Swallow. Lariel growled and bared her sharp teeth. Lariel didn't generally care for any other Card other than herself, however watching what was going on with that female made her upset. It was true she had taken items that didn't belong to her before, but it had only been from people who would never notice they were gone. This was a different matter. Taking a deep breath, Lariel stood up and walked over to where the woman was standing with her bright blue bander. Lariel tapped her on the shoulder, hard. "Excuse me. I think you should give that purse back to its rightful owner," she said, pointing her paw to the Sparrow who still had no idea anything was missing.

Dilis was surprised by the Ranger approaching her, she didn't even realize anyone had seen her do it. The sparrow sure as hell didn't.
"Oh? And I suppose you are going to make me give it back?" she sneered. The nerve of some people, she was just enjoying a nice moment when she demands she give back her pretties. No way! She readjusted her gloves and stared at the girl in content.
"I worked too hard procuring this to give it back now. I see what you're doing when you look at me... you're trying to get to the lights in my mind... WELL YOU CAN'T.. because I can see you for who you are. You are the taker of the light prisms and I can't have you taking away mine. It's tucked away in my mind locked away where you can't get it."
Dilis was now up and towering over the girl, seething over... something or other. Something about the girl taking her light prisms... It was all very mixed in Dilis' head.. she was more than halfway to crazy town at this point.

Lariel matched the woman's sneer with one of her own, and hissed. "I won't have to make you give it back if you give it back to that Sparrow on your own, now will I?" she asked, watching the woman's eyes and hands. Something about this broad just wasn't quite right.
"Worked to hard!" Lariel scoffed and was about to continue when the woman prattled on. "Light prisms? What the hell..," but the woman wasn't listening to her any longer. She was a loony! As far as Lariel knew, there weren't any mental hospitals in the area, so maybe this one had just never been committed. She'd ran into a lot of odd ones here at the bar, but nothing quite as odd as this. "I can't get into your mind! I wouldn't want to even if I could anyway. You're way to crazy. I don't want your light prisms; keep 'em."
Lariel couldn't help but feel threatened. Her hackles raised and spine bowed while she bared her fangs and hissed menacingly. "Back off, and just give me the damn purse."

Dilis' eyes narrowed at the ranger. How dare she try to take her belongings from her, SHE WORKED FOR THEM. The nerve of some people these days... well she would have to pry them from her hands before she did any of that.
"....Make me" she said defiantly. The woman was getting on her nerves anyway, why couldn't she just bugger off and go bother someone else? Poor little Dilis was just sitting there enjoying herself when this big mean Ranger came stomping over and throwing a fit in her face while the defenseless Avington just sat there and took it. Yes, that is exactly how it happened. They couldn't prove other wise.
"SHUT THE HELL UP I CAN'T HEAR" she yelled to the voices. They were so annoying sometimes with all their blathering on. She needed to hear so she would know if this woman was talking about her.
Didn't want them? Oh she was just trying to trick Dilis, of COURSE she wanted the prisms! Why the hell else would she be over here if she didn't. What a twit, Dilis didn't like this girl at all.
