Abruptly standing, Lucio steped back quickly enough to keep the strangers hands from throttleing him. Eyeing the room quickly, he jumped as the door slamed open and a huge biped made his way into the Tavern. Eying the newcomer, and trying to keep an eye on his would-be aggrasor was something he was very carefully doing, untill he saw this new strangers smile and grinning eyes. Lucio tensed slightly as the man droped a hand down onto his shoulder, but relaxed when nothing more than an introduction was made. Eyeing the upset Canine as the newcomer offerd his hand, he soon realised that the return gesture was not going to be soon in comeing. After a small beat, Lucio looked up.
"A pleasure, I'm sure, Gaston. I'm known as Lucio."

Slowly, the entrance doorway into the pub slightly opened as a disheveled feline crept into the dim room. The creature walked slow and low, keeping his head down and holding a contorted shape to his body, carefully attempting to mask his sagging flesh on the underside of his abdomen and the patch around the scruff of his neck that was devoid of the jade green, plum and tan colors of the fur that covered the rest of his body. He slowly and quietly weaved between the legs of the tables and chairs that were scattered around the pub, making sure to avoid nearing the area of clustered legs that he could see out of the corner of his eye. Somewhat sluggishly, he approached the bar. Seeing as how the pub was not that rowdy tonight, the creature figured that this would be the place to rest on his travels and enjoy a drink as well as a possible nosh of who knew what. As he neared the bar, he decided against ordering anything at the moment and instead, headed towards the furthest and darkest corner of the pub to curl up and watch the ensuing conversation. He figured that he would wait where hopefully no one would spot him for the time being until he could see what kind of personalities were sharing camaraderie in this pub. After all, not everyone in these areas looked kindly upon those from the Lowlands....especially not someone who looked like him.... As he slumped himself into the darker corner of the pub, he let out a slight, airy grunt. He finally raised his head enough to set his eyes on the scene that he had placed himself in front of, but at a well-enough distance that he could not hear much except for random exclamations from a rather large fellow that had antlers....

Hearing the door creak yet again, Lucio turned his head a bit to see a Lowlander enter the tavern. He willfully forced the grimace from his muzzle that had tried to form. He hated his prejudice towards the Lowlanders, and his parents for instilling it in him. He told himself once again that one could not help their heritage anymore than they could change the color of the sky. It was by Chance that he himself was Lucky enough to be born a Heart from Sorgaire Range. The Fates could have just as easily, or more so in fact, placed him as a Ace Club from the Lowlands.
Seeing the fellow head towards the darker side of the Tavern, Lucio signaled the barkeep and inquired if he would be willing to carry a pint, or maybe a plate of food to the poor soul. Lucio was sure the Feline had more cause to curse the Fates on any given day than to thank them.
After speaking with the barkeep, Lucio quickly turned his attention back towards Canine, lest he break free from the eccentric Gaston, and try once again to separate various parts of his anatomy.

The creature watched as the characters in his view chatted and laughed, slightly envious at their frivolity that he usually never experienced, especially never in his homeland....
He noticed a blue winged creature signal the swarthy barkeep, and then shoot a barely noticeable look his way. Worry filled his mind at this point, although surprise did not. Most likely, the creature was displeased that a lowlander had come in, and was requesting that he be quietly taken out of the pub. It had happened like this many times, and he was not unexpectant of this sort of treatment.
This wasn't going to let him stop his determination to be there peacefully. He wouldn't usually start a fight unless his situation required it. So, the creature laid his head down and just relaxed, waiting to see what would pan out for him and his evening....

[OOC I think I'm going to refrain from anymore posting in this untill everything straightens out with Jag. I feel its unfair to her to hijack her thread and not leave her any room to get back into it]

(ooc: Sorry took me so long guys ^_^;;; RL sucks some times)
Sebak jumped slightly at the heavy hand that was placed on his shoulder with some force. He had not even noticing the tall muscular man that had walked through the door and approach him and the other male. He looked up into the face of the bipedal man and sneered. Anger and hatred were filling his eyes, but there was something more as well…there was pain and sorrow…maybe even regret. He shrugged the hand off his body and grabbed his hood placed it over his head and wrapped his cloak around his body. The offer of the liquor didn’t improve his mood nor did the introductions. He didn’t care who any of these people were…why they were all insistent on butting in on his personal business. Why couldn’t any of them leave well enough alone?
“I don’t care who you are…,” he muttered under his breath that was still full of hostility, “You should leave matters that aren’t yours alone unless you are asked to be involved in them…” He looked at the sorgairian man with a different look to his eyes and said suddenly...,” And you…you are not even worth it…” He sniffed and spat on the floor by his feet and turned to walk away but not before shooting a disgusted look at the feline that had come into the bar…the smell of rotting flesh filled his nose. “And as for you…leper…it would be best if you kept your face where no one could find you…you sicken me…” he sneered and walked to the bar to pay for what damages he would have caused and the booze that he had previously drank before the incident had occurred.

Shakeing his head slightly, Lucio looked over at the Canine.
Hey! Stranger! He called as the Biped made to turn away from the group. Tell me, how hard was it to find the Underground Courts, and to find someone willing to tattoo that Diamond over, what I could only assume to be, your natural borne Suit of clubs? I'll admit the work is good, and had me fooled for awhile, but it seems one can not escape from their natural tendancies. Or is it that you have fallen so far into your self loathing that you are incapable of reasonable actions anymore, and have turned into a creature of base instinct? While saying all this, Lucio has slowly began to tighten the muscles in his handquarters and legs, should he have to flee...though it was not violence he was hopeing to arouse in the Canine, but a shock to the system that might let the man come to his senses.
