[[Vessie's muse is feeling particularly crabby and bitchy lately, so I'm only looking for someone to annoy the shit out of her, please!]] Vessatha stalked down the streets of the Capital, mostly to work off as much anger as possible. She'd come home to an absolutely trashed apartment. When she'd last seen it several weeks ago it had been immaculate to the point where you could eat off the windowsil, but it was if someone had had a drunken party and left the mess for three weeks to sit. She had four unfortunate children who were all going to pay in brain matter for it. It could be any of them, really. Mia was the least likely, since he was holed up being anorexic and depressed and whatever in the Courts, but he did occasionally have the stupid urge. Aphasia had more sense, but got drunk easier. Saethre and Chiari were in a tie for 'most likely', since both were crazy and drank profusely as far as she knew. Until she found them - which could be freakin' days - the ferret sat down at the first bench she found and broodily glared at anyone that dared make eye contact with her. And she was certainly daring them to do so.

To say that Dilis was feeling feisty today was an understatement. It was more than that though, she kind of felt like she could punch someone in the face. She still hadn't reconciled with Peder, her gloves had basically taken over her life forcing her to be careful of everything. As she was walking she noticed a ferret with the sourest face on her look. It looked like someone had pissed in her cheerios and it was all she could think about now. She readjusted her gloves and walked over to at the very least piss off the person even more and give them a reason to make a face so angry. " The hell kind of face is that you're making? I hope that's not how you look normally because honey that would not get you a man. Just sayin..." she laughed to herself, since the gloves she found she had the courage to say anything she wanted. The protection they offered made it feel like she was a different person. It didn't occur to her that something was off in her brain.

Vessatha failed to notice the feline until she was already in her face - which was probably to both of their benefits. The ferret slowly stood up and smirked to herself, happy to see she was several inches taller. She enjoyed having the upper hand physically - especially when she didn't start it.
"Excuse me? You shouldn't talk. You look like a monster someone created and tried to make dainty by applying gloves, but I'm guessing that's your everyday look and not just an expression." She rose an eyebrow, then summoned her slithey and let the creature wrap around her arm. Fey tended to intimidate people simply because they had no idea what she could do - which was always an advantage.
The ferret didn't particularly want a physical fight (as in punching, hitting, and the like) but wouldn't mind seeing the girl taken down a peg. It was somewhat of a surprise that the stupid child would simply walk over and start bitching at her - she obviously wasn't as nice as she was trying to look - but Vessie could roll with it.

((*snort* i love crazy rantings))
Dilis only really half heard the woman's words, she saw something flicker in the light and was now looking around to find the source. It would be a nice collection to her light prisms if it was what she thought it was.
"You're just jealous of the lights in my mind. But you can't have them for they are reserved for me! I don't blame you, they hold a secret power that no one else but me will ever know..." she said happily. Dilis had no idea what she was talking about but she thought she did so that was all that mattered. She could feel the prisms moving in her head, they hurt sometimes but she was used to it by now.
If she had been in her normal state, she probably would have been intimidated by the ferret as she was much taller than Dilis but she was riding the wave from her gloves and no one was intimidating her today. She would just sit back and let it take her wherever.
