The Warren had been blissfully noisy the last few weeks. The birth of his two daughters had been a welcome addition and had resulted in Anubis gaining a rather wonderful mood. Some of the leverets seemed to be holding their breath for when he'd come back down to 'normal', but so far it had held.
In fact. . The Jack paced his Warren, looking for a certain leveret. It was time he voiced his intentions and planted the seed. How could it be so hard to find a leveret that was as bright as a Candy Apple in the Warren!
"Laurelin!"
He finally boomed, hoping she was within hearing distance. The Jack glanced around the next corner before yelling her name out again. Distantly he heard one of his daughters start wailing. . Oh . . right. . indoor voice.
