Wulfram listened intently and nodded occasionally as he made mental notes of her request. Easy enough to follow and a breeze to execute with the old bookworm Malachior assisting him. It would do the old man good to get out and doing something.
"Very acceptable." He stood now and bowed to The Queen. "I'll return by the month's end with the information requested."

Wulfram was, if nothing else, prompt. He spent the majority of the month pouring over history tombs with Malachior and double checking them against the more updated knowledge that his mentor had provided. Most of the information missing was from Lysaras's reign, which made sense considering the woman's sloppy dealings, but Malachior easily filled in the blanks.
Two days before the deadline, Wulfram felt they had a comprehensive chronicle and Malachior signed off on the information, including his contact information for the current Queen. On the final day, Wulfram handed over the information and, to his smug satisfaction, received Donalda's approval - and his rank.
This would be a very fruitful alliance, he was certain.
