Ticket contest conundrums

So, I need some feedback before I REALLY implement this stuff.


1. How many of you want your characters (Excluding those on deluxe tickets. Obviously you want to work with others if you're on a deluxe ticket) to have the plot point given to them via a regular or dangerous ticket to apply ONLY to their character?
What I mean is, if I tie it into the two massively overarching plots I'm going to be setting up for the Deluxe tickets, who would object?
This is to help me know just how many little side-plots I need to set up.
If you are willing to work with others, WHO are they? (If anyone, just write that. If there are one or two people you will NOT be involved in a plot with due to issues on or off the board, PM me with this so I don't do it by accident.)


2. If you have a dangerous ticket what is ONE thing I am NOT allowed to do to your character?
I have learned (through this board, actually) that everyone has that one special trigger which will make a character instantly dead to them and they will never play them again because of it.
What is yours, if any?
(Remember that dangerous tickets can have mental as well as physical side effects.)


3. I just want to make sure that everyone understands, before sending real-person money, that buying a Burdened ticket for a character will get you a new character by KILLING the one you are submitting it for.

4. For those on the Deluxe tickets:
I will do my best to keep everyone's threads down to three separate Dealers or less unless people MUST play with each other with more, in which case those threads will last no more than 10 posts total.
I know that some people play more slowly than others, so slower players (those with less time) will be grouped with other slower players out of necessity.
Again, people who feel like there are players they CANNOT play with need to PM me.


5. The Deluxe ticket players will be dealing with two major overarching plots broken into numerous pieces that don't HAVE to interconnect, they will still bring about the same end.


6. If anyone has any graphic squicks (aside from sex as I leave that to other people, it's not really my dish); gore, violence, mentions (but not scenes) of rape, child death. Post it here and TELL me so I can make sure you aren't involved with any of these triggers.

For Uluani, I'd really rather not have exposed, visible rot. I tend not to prefer it as much. Though I can deal, of course, as she's up for wtf-ery.

XD My post is going to sound a lot like Jenn's. I'm up for pretty much anything with anyone. I don't object to the big plot. I've no insurmountable squicks. With the Dangerous tickets...go insane with Mirek.

Massive, consuming rot with no hope of ever interacting successfully with the world again made me send Ezra to his grave, so I guess I kind want to avoid whatever would make Helena a shambling heap of unplayable sinew and bone, as I'm slightly more attached to her. So, like...physical and mental trauma, whatever cruelty you wanna throw out, awesome, it's a dangerous ticket, but being completely, hopelessly incapacitated with zero chance of any movement forward, backward, lateral...yeah. The tickets are meant to develop plot, so I don't think anything will happen that deliberately stagnates her, but Bee does so love to clarify things! Though I worry I might just have been a little vague myself. XD Lawl.

Love, you should know by now that I have no qualms with you making my characters physically or mentally f'ed. I sooooo welcome the horribly screwed. Look at my cute, ickle Brokat <3

Use them with whoever and do what you wish, I have no real qualms. <3

Throw any of my characters into ANYTHING! I have no squeamishness about anything whatsoever. Well...

The only hiccups I could see happening to any of my characters to make me want to play them less is the Lowlander Rot. It may sound racist, excuse me - realmist, but I'll be completely honest in saying that if I don't think I'll play a character as much if they're rotting then what's the point of changing them?

Other than the Rot, ANYTHING goes. With ANYONE!! XD Homgsoexcited!

As far as the dangerous tickets go, I'm pretty open. Jovan does have a bit of a 'trigger' in that I'd prefer his mentality not to be altered drastically. If it adjusts slightly throughout the RP that's one thing but nothing that would instantly drive him insane or give him a huge personality flip. Remi and Trix on the other hand will take just about /anything/. (Though I'd prefer no Lowland Rot -- I'm not completely adverse to a little, but nothing too massive.)

Other that that, I have no quirks toward anything graphic and I'd love for a massive interconnected plot. It sounds epic. n.n<3

I would not object. I note, however, that I AM one of those people that certain other people will not work with, because I restrict their muse for certain characters. Other people might object to playing with me.

And I've no idea what would squick me - except...maybe, if you attempt to blame rape, or being molested, on a character, who brought that on his/her own self because of her behavior, or because s/he didn't vocally object because that cuts too close to home.

I have been in a situation or two (or three) IRL where I was kissed and groped, without my consent, but was too stunned to object. I still squick quite badly if a guy makes a move as if he's going to kiss me.

1. i'm hesitant to be involved in plots simply because the characters I'm submitting are the ones I have trouble with, and I don't want to guarantee to someone I'll follow through if I can't? I'd say use your judgement on how well you think I'll be able to get involved...? XD As for particular Dealers, I'll work with anyone.

2. Anything that would make her nice or appealing, personality-wise, to other characters (Zulimar, that is.)

3. YEP!

6. Can't guarantee I'll write violence well, but I'm up for giving it a shot. :3

2. Hmm...well, Shelby is the one I'm putting on a Dangerous ticket...I know he's part Lowlander but I'm not a big fan of rot. >> If it's a little that would be okay. I want him to still have at least one eye and a tail. (Now if the eye and/or tail are highly mutated that's fine, they just have to be there.) Other than that, inflict whatever on him! xD;

6. Graphic gore makes me sick to my stomach, but if it's for the plot and/or not super graphic I'm okay with it.

YAY this is exciting. ^^
