holy crap, I totally feel for you. DX I've had similar situations. I found that swishing warm salt water helps, but make sure it's not too salty. Or too warm. Kind of a careful balance. And don't swallow too much of the salt water or you will throw up. e_e
Also, Orajel can help with the pain, but use this with EXTREME caution because I think you really aren't supposed to use it on open sores. I'd only use it if you're desperate, and apply with extreme moderation.

My family swears by Lysine for any kind of mouth sore. It's a safe and healthy amino acid you can get in pill form at health food stores or a pharmacy. At the very least it can't do any bad to you, it's naturally found in beans and grains. My personal experience is that it makes the healing take about 2/3 to 1/2 as long as it does if you don't take it, especially when it's hard to eat healthy because of the sore, something I experienced a lot when I had braces. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysine

Thanks, guys. <3 Seriously. I'm going to go out tomorrow and get some of these things. I also found some orabase and it seems to be doing an ok job of numbing some of it.
<3 for you all, thank you.

I do hope that it heals within a week and not what the doc said about 2-3!
