Nat and I were chatting a little while earlier and I mentioned wanting to start up a general thread for people to discuss, react to, speculate on, goggle about, and spazz with the ticket contest. She told me to doooo iiiiit.

And so I did. Am. Right here.

AHMG this contest is absolutely amazing. I'm loving the chance to play with character who haven't had much of a chance to "speak", so to say, and in situations I seriously doubt I would come up with on my own. @_@

Burdened Ticket... Wow. Firstly, he's gorgeous. The way his base is mixed is just... absolutely stunning, and those stripes! The eyes give a whole extra side of creep, and the way he came into the world.. Enjoy the emotional trauma, Sergei and Zhenya? <3

XD I am loving the plot and how everything is interconnecting. The burden ticket child is awesome (and he's really quite beautiful), and the fact that he made his mother literally explode is /pretty freaking epic/. Horrible, tragic, and a little bit funny in a morbid way. I can't wait to see what's going to happen to the other poor burdened people.

I am also enjoying the fact that I'm continuing to parallel a zombie apocalypse. Dead silent city, no pedestrians, and now a horrible monster shows up lanced with spikes and happens to be missing its lower half. I'm vaguely reminded of the Iron Maiden from Resident Evil (which terrify the snot right out of me).

Eurwen: ;_; let it not be a zoombie. Please let it be /slow/ and potentially stupid.

This contest is full of so much epic win, that I cannot fully describe the love I am feeling. o.O;; *spaz*

Before Lachlan 'sploded all over the place, this contest gave the character a fabulous final hurrah! Never before had his muse spoken up so much. <3 He actually got to be a Momma before he died, which is something I never dreamed of for him! The fact that he was reduced to little bits all over the room.... XD I love it OH SO MUCH! Zomg.

TIGER/CHAMELEON!!!!!! This little boy-adult is so beautiful! His coat is gorgeous in so many different ways. I love his fur, his scaley underbelly, his lizard tongue as well as his.... antlers? Wtfux? Where the hell did he get the antlers from? XD I love them!

Nat or Jenn: Are the eyespots mirrored on his other side? I mean, does he have four eyespots total or just the two on that side?

Now, for the Plotness! I love how there are the same base aspects to each thread that coincide, like how the Capitol City seems almost deserted but for anyone who IS still there they are all piling in the pubs and bars, especially the "Fallen Wing". I've also noticed that a lot of the threads are having the characters heading towards the Fountain Square. I wonder what's going to happen there!
Also, I wonder if the spice smell in the air is the after effect of something gone horribly wrong. Is it a spell, or maybe an experiment gone horribly wrong?

I can't wait to find out more!

A place to squee for all to see! Excellent. I've actually been super delighted by the chance to play characters I haven't played much in a while or haven't really gotten to play at all. Zhenya's thread has really solidified his muse for me--though the trauma of Lachlan's Alien-like spawning may never leave. XD Even Beraht isn't being a complete bitch to write, and I can't wait to see what eventually happens to Lyr. Giving Helena more posting love just makes me feel warm and tingly. XD Now I'm wishing I had submitted more people.

Back to Lachlan's trauma, that SD omg. The tongue and the eyes and I love the colors and the mane and the horns and I am incapable of going into detail because the whole is so awesome. I also love how contrite this little guy is about killing his mom, after the horror show everyone in that thread just witnessed. XD

I'm so flaily over everything as well. xD Seeing characters I hadn't really gotten to see before start to 'splodey all over the place is win! As is Donnie, even if she's being difficult right now. I know she'll pick up as her plot moves forward. And I can't wait for my others to begin. >:3 Muahaha.

All the ticket threads and the prizes are so amazing so far, omg! Lachlan's baby is terrifyingly awsommmme. I don't know if I shoud hug him, or run away from him.


I do have a question: Do characters that are on a ticket but don't have a thread yet get pulled in to existing stories, or do they get their very own threads at a later time?

I think I have 6 cards on tickets but only 2 in a ticket thread, so I was curious about what was going to happen

Both are very possible. <3 There are maaaany more threads in the works, as well as Cards that simply haven't appeared yet. This plot is huge, don't worry. We haven't started on the meat of many yet. xD

Also I wonder who that bunny was that Kaden and Eurwen ran in to. Since it was a lev in the capital, maybe Lucca's Myth!
