An elderly Canine sits on the edge of the fountain in the center of the Capitol. She rocks back and forth gently, singing a soft, sad song and smiling to passers by. Her purple hued coat has two words written on it; affection and scrupulous. As you go to move by her, she reaches out for your arm.

"Ah, there you are, darling! I'd been waiting. No, no don't ask, just tell me what you think of my questions and I'll give you a little something. You deserve to be loved today."

She pats your hand gently and listens with a quiet intensity. When you finish speaking, she reaches down to a tattered leather bag and pulls something out, slipping it gently into your palm and then looking right through you for the next visitor.
