Aisha had slowly peered from around the hedge as the creature spoke, her dark eyes narrowed with scrutiny. She had shown her fear quite candidly just moments before, and Talaith also seemed ill at ease... but it wasn't a monster. No, by the Czar's words, it was worse; a card.
The thing didn't seem all too scary now though, so naively asking passage into the warren as he stood with his paws to the cobblestone walkway into the garden. The audacity! Gathering herself, she came out from her hiding spot, head held high as she mustered up every bit of bravery she had.
"Are you -mad-? Cards aren't allowed here! Talaith... I hardly think he's dangerous. He doesn't seem to know much of anything..." Aisha pointed out bluntly.
Aleah stayed silent at first though, hiding behind Talaith, who had very much seemed to expand to twice her size. Emboldened by his sister's words, he peered from around his fluffy protector to give the Card a wary look. "She... she's right. We'll.. all be in trouble if our father finds you here..." He sighed in his breathy, tired voice.

That mane on that one Rabbit hiding behind the Solandrian... Hadrian just noticed it. He'd seen it before... but where...?
"Pleeeeeeeeeeease?" he begged, tail wagging harder and front paws beating the ground with anxiety. Don't let them chase him away! They were RABBITS! How many people could say they've ever met a Rabbit?! He wanted to play, too and ohhh~ whatever was being cooked right now smelled sooo good. He stuck his nose up in the air and sniffed. His stomach growled at him and he put his ears back as a reaction. Ungfnuh.... This really sucked.
"I'll be really good, I promise," he pouted, tail tucking under him. He gave them a pout that Morpheus had taught him. Hell, it worked pretty good on some Cards, maybe it'll work on Rabbits! Tipping his head to the side slightly, he picked up one of his paws and dragged it gently across the ground in a circular motion. D'AWWW

(( OOC: XD Thought Heike could step in. Hope you don't mind.))
Heike had been sent to the market to pick up a variety of luxury items for the Does. Sheets, trinkets and all that jazz. Not to mention he stopped to pick some unusual looking flowers for the kitchen. He was sure the girls and kids would appreciate it.
He yawned as he shifted the pack on his back. He was already undressed from his little adventure of masquerading as a Card. Honestly, he was surprised that he managed to fool them time and time again. It was wonderful when they helped him out with finding things, though they often game him curious looks when he bought more sheets and things like that.
The rabbit was in his own little world until he came upon the scene in front of him. Wide eyed, he stared in silence at the Card that was... begging rabbits from.....
CRAP.
"What in the name of the White Rabbit is going on?"

Not knowing is just as dangerous.
The children may have been feeling a bit more at ease with the whole situation but she was not. She wasn't falling for the canine's act one bit because ... .well.... it was an act right? It certainly had to be! If only she knew what to do about the situation ... then everything would be just peachy again.
And then her answer suddenly appeared, Heike! If anyone could fix this, it was him .... right? He was the only one who dealt with cards on a regular basis, so it made sense if he'd be able to.... shoe this one off. As it all seemed to clear in her mind she couldn't help the brighter expression that came to her features.
Heike! Our trespasser won't leave.
She shot the canine a rather cold glare after that, rolling her shoulders forward a bit to try and look a little more menacing. She wanted him gone now .... and he biggest reason wasn't the children, or even the Czar ... but the fact that he was Solandrian.
[[ Sorry for the crap ... I just didn't wanna hold anyone up anymore <3 ]]

"Uh oh..." And Aleah was right. There was Heike, the no-funner, the enforcer. Not that he had any problem with that. He actually looked up to the male leveret despite his tendency of ending destructive young fun. Like the time he'd tried cutting pretty designs into one of his blankets.. hoo boy! The yelling alone was enough to scare him witless, which was good because if he deserved a swat on the tail he had the habit of shielding himself with his sharp claws out of reflex. That's no papercut!
Aisha on the other hand, merely gave out a miserable sigh. She was quite disappointed that Cards weren't as ferocious as her father had made them out to be, and she boldly stepped around Talaith to confront the canine. She narrowed her eyes, looking him over as if he were a mere... object. Then again it seemed like she looked at even rabbits in the same manner."We could always throw it some.. scraps from the kitchen. Maybe then it would go away."

Another Rabbit showed up! He kind of reminded the young Canine of some of the stiffer servants from the Courts. It didn't stop his tail from wagging.
"I'm not a trespasser! Look! I'm still outside! Please let me in! I know lots of fun games we could play!" Mostly destructive games, but he knew a fair amount of them. His front paws padded at the ground as he let out some whines. Then one of the smaller ones mentioned something about table scraps.
"..May I? Please?" he whined with a small pout as his stomach reminded him how far away he'd been from home. Sure, in the courts he'd entertained himself catching small lizards and mice, but... he never had to survive on his own... Best take every advantage while we can, said his instincts.
...he was being awfully cute and polite for a Solandrian, wasn't he?

"You're an unwanted guest, dog boy," Heike growled as best he could. Being threatening was difficult, but having antlers did have advantages. "And absolutely no table scraps."
Now he just had to usher the boy away. Of course he probably thought that this entire thing was all a game. He also probably lacked an authority figure or some crap like that. Heike didn't honestly care, he just didn't want to clean up this mess if the Czar showed up.
"It doesn't matter if you're a good boy or not. If our master finds out you're here. He'll cleave your head off like a daisy and I'll be left to clean up the mess. You need to get out of here for your own safety. Now shoo!" Gently Heike nudged the boy. If this didn't work he would have to find something to bribe the boy. Didn't he have a roast beef sandwich in his pack? Didn't canines have good senses of smell?

Aisha's expression soured immensely when her idea was shot down by the leveret. She didn't like that at all, and raised her chin up high and smoothed down her fur. "Well, -I- don't see the harm in it. It's not like you have any better of an idea."
Aleah of all of them stepped forward, his body trembling and his claws cutting blades of grass when they crossed against one another."He doesn't seem to mean any harm, Heike. Why can't he stay?.."
Aisha followed suit, but on her face was a grin. "You say that you know games to play?" She could feel her boredom life slightly already. "Heike, maybe if we restrict him to the garden he could stay a while. The Czar isn't expected back until tonight at the latest." She came to stand beside her brother, now having the chance to look at him up close. "We've been so terribly bored today. We don't have -anyone- to play with!"

This was all getting tiresome and she was being reminded why she didn't like children more and more as each moment passed. Come to think of it, that card seemed like a child himself, if she knew the sizes and appearances of the breeds correctly, and that made him ... all the more annoying. But, at the very least, she had Heike fully on her side and that was a relief. At least someone around here had a bit of sense left in their skull!
Aleah was the easy one to dissuade, but his sister would take a bit more work. She held her tongue for a bit, listening to the chatter between both sides of the argument until she'd had enough. Her fur still stood out, not quite as much as she wasn't purposely fluffing it anymore, and she made a move forward to try and pin the young doe down with her front paws. She knew the girl wouldn't like it, but she was entirely wrong about this entire situation and needed to realize it.
Everyone knows The Czar has a tendency to return early when possible. No means no.
She wasn't really thinking about the card's safety, if he was dumb enough t stick around well... one less in the world. She was more concerned about the angry aftermath of not only The Czar, but probably Ashta as well. That doe ... just wasn't right and she didn't put a 'punishment' past her at all.
