<3 aimed right at Nat.
Aight, so, school has been busting my ass. kinda sad that we had out last sheep brain dissection, although on the upside my school is getting a new human brain and we get to dissect the old one. Well, nicely.... since it still has to be in usable pieces. Last final is on May 11, and I'm on vacation that week.
However, on May 11 I'm also getting my wisdom teeth out I believe, so I'll pretty much be hopped up on drugs and loopy for that vacation.
Got my car back too, looks brand spanking new and I'm excited to have it back. The charger was fun for those 10 days, but gas is expensive.
I've also got a new position at work so I uh.... well, I'm the back up florist so at least 2 days a week I'll be watering plants, blowing up balloons and making arrangements, my inner Tavor has never been happier.
So all in all I should be back soon!
Oh oh... .also seriously considering getting an equine friend. Haven't had one since I was like 11 and we had to put both of our horses down cause of old age problems. Excited!

We did it yesterday, it was so old and beat up it was crazy. nothing like the other ones I've seen this semester. But it was still pretty darn fun despite that and I have some pictures if anyone is interested, including some with a sheep brain in the tray for comparison.

Hahaha, I know how the brain one goes. XD The ones we used were so sad and pathetic... But the sheep brains were super cool! YAY BRAINS. I think they're just... really hard to preserve or something. :<

Wow kitty your life seems to be getting better and better as it goes on! And WOOT for brains!
Congrats on getting your car back, ^_^. chargers are quite expensive on gas, lol.
^_^ I wish I had a horse... I haven't ever been horse back riding before.

I grew up on and around horses, there's a picture of me at 6 months old on the back of Quarter Horse/Thoroughbred. My mom was a barrel racer and my grandparents were gymkannah judges.... and they all did parade riding too. I've always wanted to do the english style riding though, jumping and dressage are my interests. =3
And, yeah. The school has had this brain for like.... 25+ years is what they said.... and apparently some Psy101 classes get to touch it and they just sit and poke at it so it ruins it. The new one we're getting comes with a story about the person it popped out of too, so I'm kinda curious about that. We could only salvage one hemisphere of the old brain for educational purposes. The other? We hacked it up to find things. XD

My sister has a horse. They are super-freakin' expensive to keep, omg. That's like the second biggest expense in the family budget after mortgage.
(So get a job, sister who has been out of college 11 months now, and let mum have a little spending money...)
But I digress. That brain thing sounds amazingly cool, although dissecting stuff grosses me out to be frank.

Went to my dentist appointment today, found out I have 3 wisdom teeth and the last one just doesn't exist. Didn't get anything pulled like I was expecting, just x-rays, a cleaning and fluoride treatment (and prescription toothpaste, lol).
I've got 4 more appointments before my teeth are totally fixed and my insurance will only cover about a third of it, joys.
Eh, at least they're keeping me from needing a root canal.
Me and a friend are also scraping the border off my walls, washing them, moving all of my furniture out of my room and painting it. Yay! Tomorrow starts the hard part.... moving out the bed, dresser and computer desk.

Ok, for an unknown amount of time I will have super limited internet access. Really this project should be done already, but we've emptied my room (Yes, that totally does mean I'm sleeping on my mattress on the floor of the living room, lol) and it's getting a re-vamp. Repainted, reorganized and deep cleaned.
Bright blue (a shade or two lighter then Fin's hair) with matte black trim with the vents, sockets, etc gloss black. =D
I just get home from work and groan at the idea of -more- work .... but I'm gonna try and finish it before June 4, cause that's my first appointment of 3 to get my mouth/teeth fixed so I won't have any daily pain any more.
Miss you guys <3
