As long as we're talking about Digmon. I had the worst crush on Joe. Not my first cartoon crush by far, but I adored him for his dorkiness.

I think he'd be a Spade--no for real. Probably a low Rank, like a Four. And some kind of Dog, possibly with a bit of Mouse mixed in. Like a floppy-ears dog like a Spaniel awww. Probably Selkie/Corvistowne.

I didn't so much have a crush on the characters I liked. They were mostly characters I got sentimentally attached to. Wizardmon being the first actually.

And the only reason I continued to watch the show after he died was Gatomon. Because I really enjoyed her. ( Highlander-Esterberry, 10 of Hearts.) Have the old doodles that go with them.

I suppose a recent crush (read as sentimentally attached to) which is tard-tastic on my part, but it would have to be Delta from Bioshock 2. bioshock.wikia.com/wiki/Subject_Delta

He would be a charismatic six of diamonds Morganberry explorer until he underwent horrible Corvie experiments and became the horrible monster he is. He'd probably be a big cuddly Saint Bernard or Great Dane. I should draw that sometime... *shifty look*

OoooOOOo... Okay, this was really, really hard for me, because I actually had a LOT of cartoon crushes as a kid, so I just picked my favorites. Hee. <3

The first would be Ferio from Magic Knight Rayearth. He was the dashing "country boy" who turned out to be a prince. He's heroic, handsome, is mighty fine with the gigantic blade of his, and fights ferociously for those he cares about.

I'd imagine he'd be a Jossigy/Highlander Jackal, Jack of Hearts (reluctantly working to get titled, as is expected of him). He wants to have fun and go adventuring while he's still young before he saddles himself with loads of responsibility in the Court of Hearts.

Okay, the next is probably going to "age" me a little bit. Ren from the early 90's cartoon, "Pirates of Dark Water". His father (a king) gave him to a lighthouse keeper when he was little so his father could go questing to save their world from an eevvviiilll threat. So, Ren grew up on the water, not knowing who he really was until he was 17.

I image he'd be a Benyan Riverlands/Mid-Ranger, Platypus, 7 of Diamonds. He'd be great on the water (sailing), have a deep respect for his home and be generally concerned about his moral standing. He's a mediator of sorts, able to bring people together and has a tendency to smooth over arguments between others.

Annnd the last is "Alan" (or Ail, depending on who you ask) from Sailor Moon. Alan's character was an alien who had to steal people's energy to feed the "Doom Tree", which in turn gave him life. He really wants to fit in on Earth and ends up being being somewhat popular with the ladies, though he has a lot of inner angst over his alienness and need to steal the humans' strength to feed his own. Also, he plays a mean flute-like instrument.

I see him as a Villa en Miir/Cranstone Moors, Vampire Bat/Coyote/Thorny Devil (spikey lizard) mix, and probably has a sad ranking of 3 of Clubs. He's a weird little card and basically looks like my interpretation of the Chupacabra- a smallish coyote/dog-like thing with overlarge bat eyes and spikes running down his back. Oh yes, and he would occasionally need to feed on other Cards. Muaha.

Anyone remember Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy?

I had the biggest EVER fangirl crush on Double D.
Friggin' adorable nerd-face.
I also became obscenely fond of Rolf (oddly enough I find Rolf funnier now).

Always saw Double D as a nervous, scrawny Feline (some mutt-cat) Torque/Esterberry, I could turn that hat into a cover for one hell of a weird binding. Probably a middle-ranked Diamond

Rolf? I've recently seen Rolf as an awesome Ram/Australian Shepherd. So...a very long Sheep...with a mouth full of wickedly sharp teeth.
And stupid hair. <3 Golfam/Sorgaire (yay for the mountain hick!), 7 of Clubs, maybe.

Ren and Alan. Oh my gawd, Cally... I had been debating so hard whether or not to include Ren because I only saw a few episodes of the show, but I totally had a cartoon crush on his character design. Majorly. And Alan too. But I had forgotten his name! Thank you so!

Ren's a little easier to forget about because the show was canceled after only 8 episodes (WHYYYY??!!!) and thus was on permanent reruns ever after. I think it was a Hanna-Barbera dealio and then I think it MIGHT have played on Cartoon Network for a little while? Not sure. I'm sure the Wiki knows.

Also, Platypus may not fit Ren so well.. I just... I couldn't think of what to make him. For some reason, these cartoon/SD translations are hard for me when it comes to breeds. The realms are no problem, but for some reason I want to make everyone a fox or cat or mustelid (otter/ferret). -__-

And YESSS... Double D was my favorite. He was so cute and awkward and.. d'awwwwww!

Aws. I feel left out because-- *gasp*-- I was not permitted the tv-watching as a child. Thus my grasp on the concept of cartoons in general as well as having crushes on them is pretty limited.

That said, in college I developed a brief and irrational fondness for the following enormous image character:
