Petunia was doing her best to pretend she was asleep, her head was bounding, and she was entirely too tired to roll out of bed and potentially do something about it. At least the previous night had been splendid.
She shifted a bit when she was spoken to. Wait, did she need to be at work today? Tomorrow? She wasn't going to be late... she had work in the evening if she had work at all today... right? Penny's panic was starting to well up as she shifted uncomfortably. Why did she have to go to work with a massive headache? The canine mix tried to pull herself out of the bed.
Saturday? Oh thank the suits she really could sleep in. She relaxed almost instantly the kiss made her smile and bury herself into the blankets a bit more thoroughly. "Thank you," she muttered gratefully as she slowly slipped back into dream land.
