HIIIIYYYYYEEEEE!!!
Woo! I finally got on here! yay! I heard about SoD a while ago, but have been so busy....::sob sob:: Soooo...here goes....
Name: Snorch
Age: unknown, but estimated to be at the middle of his life
Gender: since I already said "his", I guess I'll go for a male!
Preferred area: I really like the sound of Josiggy Marsh. And I definitely like the colors. yeee....After that, I'd say I like Golfam Marsh....What can I say....I'm a water-type.
Preferred breed: Definitely reptile! Makes sense, since I love the mock turtle. After that, I like the bats...hmmm.....a reptilian bat.....doesn't sound plausible. hehe. but who knows...
Besides that, when thinking of my character, I imagine a turtle: his slim figure makes him look almost too weak to hold the oversized shell that is pretty much his home. Thankfully, there's room enough inside that he can stash a few personal items within the opening of his shell near his neck. When he was young, his shell was snug and tight, but after losing alot of weight in his travels around the world, his figure has become the epitome of the frailty.
He is a researcher, travelling to all corners of the courts and regions studying all botanical life that can be found, logging them into a catalog, hoping to find all of the plant life that there is to be found so that he can know all of their different traits and qualities (magical, herbal, culinary, etc.); It is this obsession that has led to his bodily atrophy.
He wears thick "Harry Potter"esque glasses (tee hee) that can never stay on the bridge of his turtle beak, but instead tend to come to rest in a groove further down on his face.
Interestingly enough, Snorch's frail figure beguiles onlookers into thinking that he is incredibly weak, but surprisingly he is somewhat able to defend himself. That is not to say that underneath his shell are rippling muscles (bwa ha)...He thinks of himself as a thinker, not a fighter, and only fights if words fail.
That's what I think of my character as being....More depth to come... ;D ;D ;Dß
