Also known as a little something fun for Nat <3
Opening in the far end of the Bazaar... the slums if you will, an old pair of shoppes have re-opened. They are set directly next to one another, connected by a Jack-and-Jill door between.
The shoppe on the right has a thin, slanted roof covered in ceramic shingles with an old-fashioned oak door. The front of the shoppe is mostly windows, the name on the front proudly declaring itself to be...

The shoppe on the left also has a thin, slanted roof covered in ceramic shingles with an old-fashioned oak door. The front of the shoppe is grey stone, dusty and cracked. The shoppe looks unkempt and somewhat moldy.
The name is printed simply on the door, but looks fairly new...proclaiming itself to be...

Mr. Todd
I'm sure you'll all find this rather interesting, therefore some background information will be necessary. <3
Mr. Todd:
-In this particular setting of the world, Mr. Todd's wife, Lucy, is in fact dead. He even went as far as to dig up her grave just to make sure... The Judge in this world is no longer a Judge, but the Mayor of a small Morganberry town. Todd is not specifically after him as his last attempt to off the Mayor went very badly... Mr. Todd was deported (in this world) to a holding cell in the Lowlands, where he was treated poorly and was let out when the guards realized that they could no longer remember why he was in there. He found his way to the Lower Bazaar where he was accosted by Mrs. Lovett, the place he has remained for lack of anywhere else to go.
-Toby is not yet of this world and the whereabouts of his daughter Johanna, a Highland hawk with her Human form (just like her mother), has been lost for so long that he has given up most hope of finding her. He thinks her dead most likely, and thinking of her alive just pains him, as he is certain that she would be hurt if alive.
-The only person currently on this board who would know of dear Mr. Todd's past is the current King of Clubs... with whom he took his Jack's quest many years ago.
-Mr. Todd is unstable and constantly suffers hallucinations and extreme shifts of emotional outbursts. He is prone to random acts of violence, though he is far less likely to injure a woman, and he is far more likely to injure than to kill. He is a Jack of Clubs, though he was born an Eight, and tangling with him unless you are at least of his level is inadvisable.
Mrs. Lovett:
-In this particular setting, Mrs. Lovett is a bit better off than her otherworld counterpart and has barely enough money to run a shakily well-stocked shoppe. Though her cooking may be questionable, most of it is not as outright horrible as it could be. She rarely cooks people into pies...unless there's an accident involving her *cough* Co-Worker...
-She is a Jack of Spades, born with her rank, though her powers are not what anyone would call spectacular.
-Mrs. Lovett and Mr. Todd have a bit more of a stable relationship than seen elsewhere due to Mr. Todd's extreme neediness and his depression over the actuality of losing his wife and daughter. This relationship is by no means normal or...good...so be prepared to be slightly disturbed, though nothing mature...I assure you <3
-Her shoppe in the Outer Bazaar was left to her by the late Mr. Lovett, who did, in fact, eat himself to death.
I will allow some cosplays to be ordered in the future, or won in contests, but only the following:
Mayor Turpin
Johanna
Anthony
Senor Pirelli
Only get these for yourselves if you really desire them and remember that some have pre-set breeds, regions, vague histories, etc. <3
I hope you enjoy playing with the new shoppes, so have fun!
