This is actually pretty easy to do XD; hence that it took like...5 seconds XD;. Basically you make two shapes...and then there a thing called a Shape Tween...and when you like...use it...it morphs the two shapes you made on different keyframes. It's amazing and automatic...*less work for arielle=yaylifeissomuchbettercry!*

I don't know how to animate at all, so even that sound complicated to me. Cool tool though.
