ok...First, a little about the drawing...I'm happy with it...and I feel like it's my first decent horse in a while...I know there are things wrong with it...but...leave me alone XD *rawr*
Secondly...an explination of sorts XD;...I'd had in mind a Mixed Region Horse character for quite a while...but was thinking about tossing the idea when Spidey mentioned her Murmur character she would be creating if she got a commission spot...so...I decided to resurrect the idea...and have her be Murmur's slave. The basic story is that she was sold at a young age to Murmur's family, and was given to Murmur as a 'gift' of sorts. Her childhood was served as a whipping girl...taking the beating for any misdeed Murmur did. (She should actually have a massive amount of scars on her back from whipping...but i got excited to show her off and forgot >.<;;;
She has always had a rather sausy attitude...and so was given the pet name "Ginger" she doesn't have an actual name other then that. Shes a slave...she doesn't have the right to have an actual name XD;. Anyway, Murmur's family grew tired of the female's rebelious ways, and as customary for Torquehelm, she recieved bindings upon coming of age. They were able to break her by putting bindings that FORCED her head to be held up high and blinding her vision slightly. This doesn't give her head much mobility and makes it hard for her to see, making her alot calmer as she has to really think about her next step before she takes it. Now that shes older shes a multipurpose slave for Murmur, pulling carts that she might ride in, concubine work, you name it she does it, not willingly...but slaves dont really have a choice. Murmur can decide to sell her at any point...because shes not considered a living being...but an object that can be sold or traded.
Shes a Mix of Yarrow Gardens and Torquehelm, and lived in Torquehelm before she was sold. Shes also an Ace...more specifically...and Ace of Clubs....lowest of the low. Why? Because there needs to be Aces in this game already! And if no one will risk it I will XD;;;. Also...I like teasing people with her pretty and not letting them have babies unless they TO get an ace! harharharhar! XDDD *plots to have lower ranking SDs running around*
Oh...and incase your wondering...YES she does have a very short tail...the hair was cut for....'easy access'...however she was allowed to keep her long beautiful mane to keep her attractive <3. (not that she wouldn't be if she didn't have a long mane...but...whatever).
One last thing...If for whatever reason, Nat, you decide you don't want to do the markings that are on her...I give you artistic licence to do what you want XD. However, I would like to keep the bindings as is (white leather belts and silver, etc) and have her hair be black and her body yellow. The markings can be up to you ^^; But yeah...this is all in the event that I am able to nab a commission spot XD;
