Recent encounters and his own curiousity had convinced a certain green horse that he’d better learn the streets and buildings of the Capital City a bit better. So, the Josiggy Marsh dweller had struck out from his suite in a direction and just started walking. He took a series of dizzying turns and kept right on, gold and yellow hooves clicking along the rocks or packed earth, depending on the road, at an easy-going, ground eating stride. He slipped easily through the crowds, keeping his eyes open wide and trying to keep track of where he was by wot was going on. Soon enough, however, he had managed to get himself utterly lost; an even t that he had not only suspected, but planned for. This was how he had learned his homeland and it only made sense for him to do the same here. Ears up, he kept listening around him, waiting for interesting rumours or something of note to catch his attention. He needed more information about the Court of Hearts, and he was always searching for something to lead him back to that pack of Lowlanders from his youth. His ears flattened briefly at the thought, the daily memories that haunted him. He would have his revenge. He just needed more strength; more power.

A dinosaur like feline walked through the rather large amounts of bustling people in the crowds of Capital City, his face visibly angry as he muttered to himself. The sail upon his back lifted up and down in his fustration with the people around him. So many people had Bipedal forms now adays, that anyone who was a little shorter or had an animal form only often got trampled. His paws had just been stepped on for the 5th time that day as he attempted to wander through the crowds. It made him want to naw their legs clean off. Show them for being so disrespectful to a Jack. But then again, that was part of what tended to make Gojirra so angry at the world in general. Despite his high rank he was often met with horrible disrespect. If ONLY he had not been born a club. Things might have been different. His scientific works might have been better recieved. He might have even been crowned best in his field. But no...that honor fell to that stinking spades doe, who was even lower ranked then he! Hell, she was barely a step above him in suits. It was the damn club plastered across his chest that often foiled most of his plans. In the midst of his thoughts, he was stepped on once again, this time his lowhanging tail being the target. He snarled, unable to take the abuse any longer, and his temper getting the best of him. He swirveled around to see the retreating form of his offender, a Josiggy Marshlander Horse. "Watch were you're going, Ass-ne!" came his rather angry and vulgar retort before turning around to go his 'merry' way.

Initially, the stallion wasn't really aware of wot had happened; it was diffic ult to keep track of everyone else's feet when you had four hooves, all of which liked to slip and slide on cobblestones. So when he'd caught something under hoof, he'd done the best he could to keep from putting his full weight upon the wotever it was, and tried to glance back to be certain he hadn't actually injured anyone. Of course, that was the time the group of schoolkits were going by, so he had one ear cocked backwards and the other forward to make sure none of the kiddoes got underhoof (literally).
At the vulgarity, however, both ears swept back and flattened, and Shinrai waited just long enough to be certain none of the kids had heard the crude word before turning his head and retorting right back, "Avoid such language around the young." This was snapped out in the tones of one well-used to being higher ranked and certainly expecting some sort of compliance.
There was some curiousity in his gaze at wot he was fairly certain was his verbal assailant: wot was that waggling along with the movements of the creature? It looked like some strange sort of... sail?
(( gads, sorry if this is low on word count; on Trebias' work computer and don't have a way to number check... ))

There was another new face among the crowd in the Capitol, she to had ventured from her homeland for the very first time and had managed to, somehow, end up in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. However, she was met with an entirely different welcoming as others tended to try and steer clear of her, or snicker at her. The naive little canine didn't know why, no one had ever done such things in the lowlands, what was wrong with these people? Everything was so loud! And wow, look at all the people! There was so much to see and hear and smell, that capitol was truly remarkable to this little country girl, even if she was being frowned upon by most of the population. Tamah moved forward, crystal blue visionaries trying to take in all the sights at once instead of paying attention to where she was going, which she really should have been. And, if things, and certain green equines, stayed as they were, well, this little lowland canine would walk squarely into the Josiggy residents rear end. How utterly... pleasant, wasn't it? ((I see this getting ugly... in some way or another XD))

Gojirra rolled his eyes a bit at the Josiggy's words, turning around again, this time to really confront the creature. His sails flattened against his back and sprung up again, clearly showing his displeasure at having to speak with the creature. "Thats fresh...a Marshlander looking out for the wellbeing of children..." he nearly scoffed as he spoke. "Those mongrels will learn the baser part of our language at one point or another...I hate people like you that assume you can preserve innocence in children when so many are intellegent enough to realize that the world is so much different then what people like you make it appear to be. It's almost an insult to their smarts." he pointed to his head with an angry looking claw at his last remark.
The matter only seemed to get worse when the angry dino-kitty saw the Jack of Hearts plastered upon the horses' chest. "Or maybe your just the type to command things to those you perseve to be lower then you. Stupid. If it were not for this disfiguring club and your absolutely marvolous beyond compare damnible heart...I would be of a far higher status then you. So go ahead and bask in the wonderfulness that is your life saving heart...because otherwise youd just be a stinking marshlander jack." His face contorted in his absolute fury. He was certainly not happy about his suit it seemed. Very passionate on the subject...
It was then that he got a wiff of rotting flesh, turning his disfigured face to the lowlander canine blindly coming toward them. "Oh what excellent company I'm in...a Marshlander and a Lowlander about to spread her lovely affliction to both of us." he would have crossed his arms had he been bipedal, but instead settling by putting down his sail...which had only moments ago been flared in his absolute fury.

”There’s no reason to corrupt them earlier!” the stallion snapped in return, tossing his head with a royal air. ”All you’re doing is encouraging their fall into such a lifestyle as yours.” His lip curled up, showing even, white teeth as his ears flattened against his head. Sarcasm dripped from his next words. ”And the light knows, everyone wants their children to be just like you.”
Ah, a Club. That explained a great deal. It wasn’t his fault that this Club gave meaning to why that suit was the lowliest. He was prepared to blow the whole encounter right off when something his hindquarters a moment after the Corvistowneian gave his warning.
Sweet mother of muck; a Lowlander had touched him again! Rai’s head whipped backwards and overwhelming malovence flew off of him in waves. ”Do. Not. Touch. Me.” The disgusting piece of filth had five seconds to get away from him or he was going to bash its ever rotting head off. One hindleg came off the ground, a blatant threat, so there would be no misunderstanding.

Tamah knew instantly that she'd run into someone, rather then a wall or a something as it was warm and certainly softer then a wall. She instantly moved to the side and forward a bit seeing as it was a hoofed creature she'd run into and she'd heard they like to kick, but she also unwillingly brought herself closer to the feline. In doing so she assumed a submissive pose instantly, tucking her twin tails between her legs and bowing her head, every part of her apologetic.
She did, however, look up at Shinrai, those big blue eyes widened further and just begging for forgiveness. The look in her eyes mirrored her mentality as it was full of child like innocence and a distinct naivety most adults, much less lowland adults, possessed. Although she couldn't persuade herself into speaking, she looked very near the verge of tears. And all of this was because she offended a stranger... melodramatic? Maybe.
(( sorry it's all so short... kinda weird to play something like her, bare with me while I get accustomed to innocence X3 ))

Puppy dog eyes would almost be cute except that it was missing part of its face and tail and its back appeared to be ripped open. Shinrai gave a deep shudder at the remembrance of that –thing- having touched him. He was going to have to take a very long, very hot shower, and he debated about taking off that thing’s head anyway. No, it wasn’t considered correct to just kill things. Though still very tempting. Gads, Lowlanders were absolutely disgusting.
The only other thing he noticed thus far was that the creature seemed inordinately stupid, especially when compared to the other “gems” of its region, and just as deceitful. He couldn’t understand how the things could reproduce: they’d have to touched each other! Even looking at it made the Marsh dweller want to hurl and he finally had to avert his gaze just to keep from throwing up. His hatred of the Lowlanders could not be swayed even by the female’s expression, especially since he just thought it was another put-on.
Forget this nonsense. With a final scathing look at his original attacker --who returned it with interest-- the stallion abruptly walked off.
