He didn't expect that. The wolf turned around slowly to face Thyme. If that's what she wanted, then he might as well be nice enough to show her. That and he could drop his false suit and not worry about forgetting to reinitialize it.
Conway shifted to his human form. "Happy?" he asked with a bit of a smirk. He readjusted the pack on his back before giving her a small wave and making his way out. He couldn't linger for much longer, he just couldn't.
He had to see June. Then he had to find some other place to work. Then maybe... he wasn't sure. This was the problem with not having a direction in his life. No place to call home unless he worked. Difficult to find a job in capital city because he was strange. It was just a cycle of him moving around and barely living. At least... he still had someone in his family to care about.
The house was growing smaller in the distance. He briefly wondered what Thyme would do with the rest of her life.
