Dilis smiled as Mori's eyes fell on a pretty hairpin; she had hoped Mori would take her often however she did not want to push. She knew that some people did not accept such things.

"It is very pretty, Mori dear. I think that you should definitely get it; just add it with my things" She smiled and walked back up to the counter and handed Gale the money she owed.

"We will be leaving now dear, take care." She walked outside and waited patiently for Mori to gather her things and come out. It was still early yet so she had not worry about Father looking for her. He had a tendency to get upset if she was not right home however... he was having one of his... spells today so she figured it would be alright if she stayed a little bit later.

Mori was glowing with joy as they left the shop, reaching up to put the clip in and glancing in a window once it was in place, covering her face shyly with her hands, trying to hide her blush. It looked good, and it was almost a shock to see herself like that. She looked up at Dilis, positively beaming with pleasure. "Oh, Dilis! It looks wonderful. I can't thank you enough." her joy was just too much, and she couldn't contain it any longer, leaping forward and hugging the woman tightly.

It had been a very long time since Mori had felt so happy, and as they set off down the road it was with a wide and happy smile. The sun was shining and felt warm on her feathers, and she had made a new friend, one that she hoped she would be able to keep for a long time. If nothing else, she would have wonderful company for the rest of the day.
