Notes, Part the First:
He and one other sibling ended up as sixes, the lowest number to result from this breeding. While it is of course true that most parents would ignore them in favor of their higher ranked children, this poor boy will probably get the short end of the stick as he is a male and part Gardens dweller. The only thing that might save him is his highly delightful pelt, many from the Gardens will see the coloration as exceptionally delightful, though other realms may not.

Basic Magical Ability:
He can ignore moderate amounts of pain for up to ten minutes.
Moderate Magical Ability:
When activated, he gains an immediate proficiency with any weapon that he picks up. This can be activated and deactivated at will.
Strong Magical Ability:
When activated, he can inflict mental pain on another card of the Suit of Clubs, once per day. The degree of pain is equivalent to that of a small sock full of pennies being smacked over the shoulder endlessly for five minutes.
Powerful Magical Ability:
When activated, he can control the mind of a lesser Heart for up to 10 minutes, once per week. The individual being controlled would know and the degree of control would be perfect except for the fact that the victims eyes will be forced shut until after he is finished controlling them.
Jack's Ability:
He is immune to any and all poison except for ink. The ink that made his tattoo burns and itches from time to time, but won't kill him, though it does make his spine ache. Any new ink introduced to his system will cause his blood to boil a bit...it probably won't kill him but the pain would be astronomical.
Magical Tattoos:
These magical tattoos enable the two emblazoned with them to communicate telepathically with one another after they have specifically thought the other's name. They can then think their words and even pictures at one another and receive them, though if they are over a Realm away from each other, the spell may not work so well... Concentrating is necessary, but it will be hard for them to keep up a verbal concentration and a mental one...they may end up confusing the two or walking into things.
Rose Curse:
This SD having been pricked by the thorns of the rose now suffers a rather unique curse that cannot easily be lifted. Every harvest moon, the affected creature will slowly find themselves turning everything they touch to thin, fine glass. Most of it will shatter with a second touch, and this curse does affect living things. However, if another person or animal is touched, they will not break...simply remain glass for a full week before returning to normal once more. They will recall nothing from their missed week and be otherwise unaffected by the curse...except for losing a week of their lives.
If the cursed person tries to turn another to glass and break them, they will slowly turn to glass as well...they can be broken, though not easily.
This curse includes food, water, and bedding, only excluding the ground they walk on. It begins at 6am on the day of the harvest moon and ceases 24 hours from that time exactly.
