"You're the only one," Fino agreed with a nod, continuing to pet him. It seemed to be doing some good. That purr, at least, was a good sound. Stressed, but also working towards calm. A more subdued Pravus could be handled much, much easier than a stressed, anxious Pravus unless he was trying to fuck with his head. Which he wasn't at the moment.
Not having the physical pressing in on him, he didn't notice the strain of supporting himself, no longer even able to feel such strain in muscles that were wholly intangible. He didn't know whether Pravus was actually receiving support or not but it didn't look like it mattered to him either way.
"Yes, I missed you. That's a pointless question, isn't it? I came back for you, didn't I?" He thought that was the reason he was still around. Pravus and that promise. It could have been something else, but he didn't know what. "I wouldn't be here if I didn't miss you. I think." He didn't like the note of uncertainty in his own voice, but he couldn't quite help it. He... didn't know.

If it were possible for her heart to snap it had. He was... it was like he was talking to... he must have thought that he was talking to his Queen. Oh no this wasn't happening. This just wasn't happening!
Maybe she should just leave... she didn't need to watch things fall to pieces. But she couldn't bring herself to move away. All the things were falling apart around her and she ultimately could never escape. Pravus was talking to himself. Pravus had finally snapped and gone off the deep end.
What was she supposed to do now? Who could she tell the truth to? What was going to happen to him? This was just.... why was this even happening? Why was she so freaking useless that he needed to rely on someone who was dead to save him? It just made everything so much worse didn't it?

Pravus turned quickly in Fino's arms. . that felt easier than normal. "You're. . not sure are you. . .why you came back?" He asked quietly as he watched his Queen's expression. He paused, what if he hadn't come back for him? At least the uncertainty spoke to the realness of Fino. If he had been a figment of his imagination Pravus was sure that he wouldn't have doubted why he came back.
A small part of his heart hurt at it. A visibly pained expression crossed his face but he recovered quickly. "I don't care. . you're back that's all that matters. You're back."
He leaned in to nuzzle at Fino's face. "And you won't leave me again. I just wish everyone else understood." A small smirk quirked at his lips.
"I can feel you. . . and . . you can feel me?" He asked, nothing but mischief in his voice.

Fino frowned slightly, more at himself than at Pravus's notice of the fact that he wasn't sure. "No, I'm not entirely sure yet. I'll find out, be sure. It just may take a little while. I don't really know how to begin to find that out."
Questions about his death and the aftermath would have to wait, and that was fine with him. The subjects weren't pleasant ones and he doubted that Pravus would be able to answer some of them without getting upset again. He seemed to be calming now and the Queen didn't feel like disturbing that just yet. "Whether they understand or not, I'll be here, so it doesn't matter to me either way. Just avoid discussing it with them and you should be fine." He didn't realize the amount of people who'd been caring for Pravus after his death, Mephit and Peaches especially, nor understand just how closely they were keeping an eye on him to make sure he was adjusting.
As the man nuzzled gently at his face, concern seeming to fade for the moment, his own lips twitched upward slightly. "I won't leave. And... yes, I can feel you, though the reactions aren't the same physically." His body didn't actually seem to be responding to his lust or his rage. Though he felt arousal, his body didn't, and when he felt himself beginning to be annoyed earlier while trying to understand what had happened, the blood and adrenalin hadn't coursed through his body - since he didn't really have one. That didn't mean he couldn't feel the corresponding emotions, however.
"It would please me to watch you relax," he said quietly, eying the other man.

(( OOC: so there's a massive chuck that was RPed off the board. ))
Peaches was utterly horrified. If that was even the word. She had watched everything happen with heartbreak. It would have been fantastic if there was another person in the room yes. However there wasn't and this was absolutely horrifying.
Pravus was falling asleep. Maybe she should go right... now and tell Bernard. She wasn't quite sure what to do or say. She slipped from the door frame. How long did she have until the spell wore off? She wasn't sure. Crap she lost track of time after being horrified over all of this.
She slipped back to the storage closet. She waited there until the spell wore off. Slipping her clothing back on she found herself shaking. She needed to find Bernard tell him everything and then run and break down. Yes, that would be the plan. It would work. Pravus was going crazy and someone else could handle it.

Pravus purred as his Queen advanced on him, shoving him back against the wall. The next while was spent in a blissful state as the two of them played. He always did love the game where Fino told him what to do and he did it. As they drew to a close Pravus was left panting and tired. He cleaned himself up with his discarded shirt before crawling into bed and wrapping himself snuggly around Fino.
He rumbled happily, finally everything was back to normal. Things were /good/. He could worry about hurt feelings and Peaches later, because at the moment he was rather happy. His fingers twined through his Queen's hair, rubbing at his scalp as he slowly fell asleep. His jaw went slack and his breathing deepened as he got closer and soon he was off in his dreams. Which now, were happy instead of tormenting.
He mewled happily and squeezed Fino in his sleep before falling off to the deeper, motionless rest.

Not feeling 'tired' or 'hungry' or 'sated' was going to take a lot of getting used to. Fino lay on the bed next to Pravus, one arm absently around the other man's shoulders while he slept. Maybe there was some way to put his mind into a 'resting' state, but he didn't know what it is and would have to spend time trying to figure it out, if it was even possible. Would he get bored with being constantly awake? Probably more restless than anything. For now, though, it was nice just to be able to feel something again, even if he wasn't really.
Would Pravus's arms get tired from being around him, since it was just his own muscles holding them up rather than a physical body supporting their hold? He would wake up with nasty muscle cramps if that was the case. Once the feline's breathing settled into something much deeper and more regular, however, his arms just suddenly went through the Queen's body, causing his eyes to widen as he jerked back.
So when Pravus wasn't conscious, they couldn't 'touch'. He reached out one hand to put it on the other man's chest. No, that wasn't quite correct. He could still 'touch', but Pravus wasn't conscious to tell his body to touch back. Or for his mind to recognize that it should be touching back. Or... fuck. He just didn't know. That was something important to realize, though. There were definitely limits in their interactions, besides the obvious. He would never be able to move the man, either, beyond Pravus's mind telling his own body it should be moving like that. Picking him up would probably be utterly impossible, or pulling him anywhere.
The Queen stayed next to Pravus, one hand on the warm chest to convince himself that he really existed while he tried to settle himself into waiting. Hours were meaningless now.
