As it lifted her ears she calmed again, enough to step the rest of the way into the tub carefully. She did so slowly, so that she wouldn't catch the leveret off guard and burn it. The scent of the lavender helped to soothe her and she relaxed slowly, even moving about in the water somewhat. Igni halted for a second, bothered by something.
"Heike?" She asked quietly at first.
"Are you. . a male or?" The question was sheepish, she shouldn't be caring right? But how could she not care about the only rabbit that had shown her any care since her transformation to Doe. "I just don't like calling you 'it' in my head." She explained with a blush. It really had been bothering her.
She climbed from the tub at the prompting and shivered as the air whispered over her wet fur.
"I won't tell the Czar. I just. . . " She blushed a little harder. She just wanted to know.

Heike blinked in surprise. She was the first one in his entire life to actually care about his gender. Today was just filled with surprises. The leveret honestly couldn't help but grin as he carefully grabbed a towel while balancing with her ears. After quickly drying off her back, he set them down and went to helping her dry off completely.
Not until that was finished did he speak. "I'm a male. And you don't have to worry about the Czar finding out. He already did to my horror. Then he kept me around because of my sister. However, that's a story you don't have to waste your time with Miss Igni." He threw the towel over the side of the tub, then went to draining the water.
She was dry, now to lead her to her room and get her comfortable. Wait. Leggings and jewelery first. He helped her put them on as gracefully as he could. "All right... are you ready to see your room Miss Igni?"

Her eyes widened, the Czar had already found out. She knew it could be dangerous for a male leveret to be found out. Especially if they were considered a threat to the Jack above them. Heike must have been extremely useful in some way to not have gotten traded off or killed. But oh, the mention of a sister. Igni could understand that, him being kept around to keep the sister happy. Yes, it made perfect sense.
The flaming Doe began to worry though, how many Does did this Czar have? How would she compete when she was so obviously the odd one out?
"I think so yes." She nodded thankfully for his patience with her. Igni waited until Heike was ready to leave the room and then followed him quietly. Conscious of her mane she stayed far away from the walls and anything that could be flamable along the way.

Heike opened the door for her and ushered her inside. It was one of the larger rooms in the burrow. Something the Master had been saving for a Doe. It didn't have many decorations except for the flowers that Heike had picked and put in a vase for her arrival. When she got more settled the master would probably lavish her with all sorts of proper gifts to decorate her room. That or Heike would have to go shopping in the disguise of a card. That was always pretty amusing.
"This is your room. If you need anything you just have to ring that bell over there and I'll come running. I'm going to go and prepare for my Master's return home. He should be back very soon." The leveret gave her a warm smile before bowing out of the room and carefully shutting the door.
Now it was just a game of waiting, wasn't it?

Igni moved into the room in awe. It was so grand! It was definitely a far-cry from the room she had shared with the other leverets as a child and the barren room she had received as a Doe. Though, she understood why. How could a rabbit with flame sleep on bedding?
She nodded thankfully at Heike, knowing even if she did want something she probably wouldn't ring the bell, but at least she knew it was there. As the leveret left she began to slowly wander the large bedroom, sniffing at things curiously. How did they get the sheets to smell like lavender? Oh. . probably Heike. She smiled as she thought of the bath, it really hadn't gone too badly at all.
Soon though, Igni was fascinated by the flowers. Her nose wiggled and sniffed at the delicate petals as she stretched on her hind legs to reach them.

It was very quiet in the Warren. Too quiet, Vikenti decided as he walked down the halls and towards the room that had been set aside for the Doe that he had traded that old pocketwatch for. The quiet was unnerving. He was beginning to wonder if it had been a mistake to make that trade, and he hesitated outside of the room. It was late enough that Heike had likely already gotten her settled in - at least, he could hope that the damn Leveret had done what he'd been asked to do. He was stalling at this point. Settling his expression into a neutral one, he entered the room, wondering exactly what would meet his eyes. What kind of virgin Doe was worth only a pocketwatch, he had to wonder. Vikenti froze in the doorway, his eyes immediately drawn to the Morganberry female. The first thing that he noticed were her colors. They were ever so vibrant, and her fur positively shone. He had to give Heike at least some credit for that. For a moment, he couldn't understand the girl's father's eagerness to be rid of her. She was beautiful, with all the colors of a sunset. Then his eyes fell onto her mane, and he hesitated for a moment. That was quite... different. Was that an actual flame? For a moment, he was unsure what to say about it, but as he focused instead on the whole of the woman, he realized that the flaming mane, though strange, was quite fitting. " In all my years,[/b]" he finally said in place of a usual greeting, voice rumbling in the quiet of the Warren. " I have never once met a lady with your beauty. I hope that the room is to your liking, Miss Igni.[/b]"

At the first rumbling of deep male voice behind her Igni turned quickly, though somewhat clumsily. Her nose touched the carpet with her bow to him. Oh great. . what a way to make a good first impression. All stretched out and unattentive and. . had he said she was beautiful?
Though it would probably not be seen, a deep blush rushed up her cheeks and made her ears burn even more than usual. She didn't want to look up, not yet. If she did surely the apparition that spoke to her would disappear into thin air. Surely, a Jack didn't find her so beautiful as to say the things he did. A small tremble ran through her. Was this real?
"My Lord." She managed to say quietly, finally, before her eyes moved up just slightly to see that he was indeed real. Not only was he real, but was so very handsome as well.

The man knew he held quite an intimidating figure to most does, and as he walked to her side he knelt beside her, bringing him just above eye-level to the Morganberry. He couldn't help the surprise he felt as soon as he was this close to her - the mane was true flame, not just an illusion! - but he covered it with a small smile. "I trust that Heike has shown you around the Warren?[/b]"
His expression turned somewhat thoughtful as he regarded the flame-colored female, then he slowly reached out and gently brushed his thumb against the fur of her cheek, unflinching as he neared the flames.
"And if it is not too bold of me to ask...[/b]" he finally said, raising his eyes to hers and watching her unblinkingly. If not for the gentle way he continued to stroke her cheek, it would seem quite imposing. "Would you rather look at another room? This one tends to get quite hot on sunny days, and I would be loathe to see my fair lady grow uncomfortable in her own home.[/b]"
He knew he was laying the charm on thickly, but she looked so nervous. He couldn't help it.
