Rai replied with a genuine smile to Theo's offer, as he accepted the information. "It will be wonderful to have an opportunity to speak with her again. She was very polite and delightful when I last saw her. Flowers seem an excellent choice for her." She had seemed as delicate as one, at least. Hopefully a job such as that would prevent her from rough treatment.
Rai nodded seriously at the other man's advice; it was his hope to train his children as Elias had trained him. He wanted them to become good, caring individuals who could take care of themselves easily.
Rai glanced towards a clock and gave a small shake of his head before pushing away form the table to rise. "It has been a pleasure, your majesty," he said lightly. "I hope that we have a chance again in the future to just sit and talk."
With a small incline of his head, Rai collected his things and headed back to the Palace of Hearts, overall pleased with how their conversation had gone.
(( And. . . again, it bothered me there wasn't a real ending. xD;; ))
