So, Dark and I got to talking about how fun it would be if Mnem actually had no fashion sense at all. Which lead to a couple of amusing sketches with Mnem in vaguely Eighties-punk slutwear. Then I started listening to "Total Eclipse of the Heart" on repeat. And sang it randomly with my grandma. Good times.  An inked version, drawn mostly in the van, so I blame the weirdness on road bumps. XD Dark's mad Photoshopping skills made her teal, because, to quote Dark, "I like it that way."  |

its all about the 90s XD;
LOL nah...I like 80s to...but more recently I've come to love the crazy that was my childhood music >.>;
Really love the hair in both pictures <3 So flowy and pretty! Very nice job overall <3

I really adore the first one, especially the hair. IT'S. SO BIG. xD It's freaking cute.
And teal just comes to me as the perfect color for 80's for some reason. I don't know why...

Hee. Thank you all for commenting. I always think of ridiculously bright colors that would match nothing else at all, like teal and hot pink and sunshine yellow, paired with lots of black. I should have drawn giant hoop earrings and acid-washed jeans. Or leggings. Though leggings have actually made some kind of comeback, for reasons unfathomable. XD
Cheesy '80s power-ballads are the best. Heh.
