Guh, so much going on this month! XD
So, I heard that most people on this board wouldn't say no to an art contest. Being a greedy little gryph-head...I'm all for it <3
Let's take a look at rules and such, shall we?

Rules:
1. So, what will you be drawing? The answer being, any of the characters that I currently run. They (including the NPC's <3) are listed in my dealer's records, where you can find their ref pics, but here is their list in brief.
Any of these characters can appear in any situation. This includes, but is not limited to: being taunted by your character, interacting with various other characters (wanna draw Varestes getting smacked in the face by Loreta? Yay!), being dragged through the mud (poor Gaston...), or being bummed at a birthday party. Any situation is acceptable. XD Have fun with the picture. The only requirement is that one of the listed characters be in it.
2. Well this is an art contest and pictures are preferred, but what kinds? XD
- Sketches will not be seen as finished work. Pencil art that has been cleaned up and paid attention to, however, will. <3
- Bust shots are acceptable so long as they have had some obvious time and effort put into them.
- Three chibis are enough to count as one full picture, thus receiving the prize power - see below.
3. Joint applications are accepted if more than one person is working on a project; prizes will be split if this is the case.
4. Writing is accepted if it is in collaboration with artwork. So if you write a poem and someone illustrates it, then it's acceptable. A story on its own would not be. Again, this would follow the prize-splitting principle with the artist receiving their choice of the half.
5. Art that has already been submitted to the Fanworks section is not eligible, but artwork that has not yet been submitted to the board can be submitted. If you would like to post your picture in the Fanworks section, you can post it after the contest has ended and been judged for unassigned points. This is so that people don't get discouraged by others' artwork. <3 I really like a lot of different things guys... and if you can make me laugh... good god do you have an awesome chance <3

Deadline and Submission:
This will run from now until March 31st at 11am board time. Any piece submitted to me with a PM timestamp of that or earlier will be accepted. <3 Anything later, however, will not. It's just not fair to everyone who got their entries in on time otherwise. And really... it's a pretty big deadline.
To submit a piece, PM it to Nathalia with the PM title "Art Contest Entry". If you don't use this title, I might lose it in my inbox and not realize what it's for, which would leave you out of the loop.

Prizes:
What? You're not all just doing this for nothing? XD
First place will get:
- One Amazing (Queen sized) ability, to be used on whichever SD they choose.
- One Large (King sized) ability, to be used on whichever SD they choose.
- One free breeding. That's right, you can breed two of your own SD or get the agreement of another person and use their SD with yours, and there will be a special little potion thrown in that will have something to do with your winning piece! You will get anywhere from 2-5 chilluns <3
Second place will get:
- One Large (King sized) ability, to be used on whichever SD they choose.
- One Medium (Jack sized) ability, to be used on whichever SD they choose.
- One free breeding. That's right, you can breed two of your own SD or get the agreement of another person and use their SD with yours, and there will be a special little potion thrown in that will have something to do with your winning piece! You will get anywhere from 1-3 chilluns!
Third place will get:
- One Medium (Jack sized) ability, to be used on whichever SD they choose.
- One Small Ability, to be used on whichever SD they choose.
- One intriguing item or custom Mome or Slithey.
Yup, three people get these big prizes....
But for every piece you turn in for the contest - yup, every one - you will get a tiny power. If you turn in more than one piece, they can build and stack.
For example, say you turn in four pieces. You could either get four tiny powers, two tiny powers and a small power, one tiny power and a small power (rank 10) ability, or a medium (Jack) sized ability. Stacking is allowed with these. XD
So technically... everyone can get some really nice prizes out of this <3 Huzzah! Though it must be said that you can only win one of the big prizes. (Ex: If you win first place, you can't win second or third <3)

; Are Haikus allowed? and if so...would it be similar to the three chibis rule?
