[[Doooo ittttt! XD We haven't gotten to play the 4 together much anyways, so.]]
Both Saethre and Mia grinned at him, though it was Mia that spoke. "You can't hang around here and not do pranks, you just can't. That basically guarantees a prank for you if you lose, though I suppose we can limit the complete and total humiliation part." He snickered. Usually their pranks had nothing to do with one's own humiliation, but rather someone else's, and then running away like mad. Parzi might have trouble with that though, given he lacked the four-paw experience.
"Dun worry," Saethre chimed in as she drew a card, "We won't get you guys kicked out. If they haven't kicked us out yet, I don't see why they'd kick you out." She kept the card and added both to a pile.
Dysthymia raised an eyebrow at her, surprised she'd said something almost of moral value. Strange. He shrugged, picked a card, and discarded it back.

Parzifel had, so far, met only half of the rather derranged group of children, and he was probably lucky that Quinn had pulled one of her infamous vanishing acts and decided to go...somewhere. No one was really all that sure where she went when she went some place, though whenever she came back, she tended to bring some extra money with her. Or presents. The presents were always fun. "You look like me!" However caught up in the game the bird may have been, he probably found himself suddenly (and rather unexpectedly) upended as a white-and-purple form practically threw itself onto him, otter body curling itself around his as the weight bound to the end of the tail thumped heavily across the floor. Chiari had come into the room, taken a look around, and then all three eyes had fixed themselves directly on Parzifel, who was strange to him, and colored almost exactly the same way. "You look almost exactly like me!" he yelled, ignoring the card game that he'd burst into the middle of. "Except that you've got feathers and not fur, and actual wings, 'cause you're a bird, and different bindings, and only two eyes! But other than that, you look so much like me that it's awesome!" ...hi, Chiari. Aphasia followed Ari into the room at a much more sedate pace, dragging a wheeled tray behind him that had some drinks and snacks that the brothers had liberated from the kitchen for themselves. He looked at the four already in the room, looked at the fact that Sae and Mia had obviously been doing something with the stranger, looked at Ari who had decided that the stranger would become his newest cuddle pillow, and then looked at the hallway and wondered if it was two late to escape. Vaguely he wondered why the stranger - a Three? Of Diamonds, no less, but that was alright - was in their room in the first place, but that wasn't nearly as important as compared to whether or not he could make it out before they caught him.

"Thank you for the kind and gracious sentiment," Parzifal murmured, amused despite the sardonic note to his comment. It was hard to be skeptical around the kind of overactive confidence this pair exuded, even if he wasn't under any illusions of his safety. They didn't get kicked out because they lived here and they were of a decent rank. Also, they were the 'right' suit for the Court. And they probably had a parent in high places to have the kind of self-assurance that they did. He had none of those things to shield him.
Regardless, he did plan on having a good time while he was able. His master would be busy for hours yet. On his turn, he picked up and discarded yet another card before the craziness happened. And he thought Saethre had been randomly enthused.
He slammed forward into the pile of playing cards, scattering them in all different directions and a colorful spray as someone's body slammed into him. He made a pained-sounding caw as the bottom of his beak thumped hard against the ground, shoving at his piercing and bringing small tears of pain to the corner of his eyes. Usually it was loose and free enough not to bother anything but his speech, especially since he knew so well how to take care and not get it caught in anything, but this... this hurt.
When he raised his head to see what in the suits had hit him, he was greeted with the sight of what could only be another sibling of Mia and Saethre. This was the Tulgey mix, then... with... three eyes? Huh. He wasn't able to see Aphasia from his vantage point on the floor at an awkward angle.
"Is this... normal for your family?" he asked haltingly, speech thicker than before. He was still trying to cope with the pain lancing through the membranes at the bottom of his mouth and tongue.

Mia simply snickered in response. Kind and gracious? Perhaps in another suite, where he wasn't with his sister, yes. Speaking of siblings..
The ferret was startled, to say the least, when Chiari burst into the room and flung himself at Parzifal--but he quickly became disgusted. "Ari, get your ass off of him before you break his bindings," Mia commanded, then dropped his cards in order to move over and shove at the otter. "In case you didn't notice, which I take it you did since you're yelling, he's a bird, and you're an otter, so off. Off!"
Saethre was otherwise distracted, as her favoritistpersonintheentireWORLD had entered the room, and how could she ignore that? "APHY! APHAPHAPHAPH" She began yelling (mostly chanting) as she launched herself off of her chair, used the combination of Chiari and Parzifal as a second launching pad and then landed square on the tray Aphasia had brought.. only to stare at her brother with a monsterously huge grin. "Aphy! Did you bring me chocolate? Didjadidjadidja?"
Utterly disgusted with his siblings, Mia could only answer, "You have no idea."

Ari looked at Mia with a great deal of affected offense, all three eyes wide in mock-hurt. He wouldn't hurt someone else, not like his silly, silly siblings. Only the bird's voice did sound awfully thick, and he knew that it did bother his brothers when someone tugged on their wires. So he carefully, deliberately shifted himself, making sure that he didn't tug at anything as he removed his weight from the Tulgey mix.
"Well, of course he's a bird. Why else would he have a beak? Unless he was a platypuss, but they've got fur, not feathers," he finally replied matter-of-factly, and ignored the fact that he still had one arm (carefully) around the other Tulgey mix. He wasn't prepared to give up the fascinating boy just yet. With that in mind, he redirected his gaze to stare at the bird, his broad smile reappearing. "So! What's your name? I'm Chiari, but you can call me Ari. Everone else does. Well, not Mommy Vessie, but she's weird that way." Then he grunted when Sae's weight hit him when she leapt for Aphasia.
Aph, for that matter, was staring at his incoming doom with wide eyes, and scrunched said eyes closed when she came near to hitting him, ears pinned back against his head. However, though there was a thud, it wasn't accompanied by a sudden weight hitting him and pinning him to the floor. Bravely he peeked open one eye and stared toward where she'd come sailing from, opening both eyes when he saw her standing on one of the few clear areas on the tray he'd been pulling behind him, grinning broadly.
"...yes?" he finally managed to squeak, and then pointed at the requested item, which was right next to her foot, actually. Then he looked over toward the bird that was being used as a living plush toy by their brother, his own expression still distressed. "I'm sorry about all of this."

Parzifal couldn't say that he knew what a platypus was. Beak and a fur? Must have been some kind of strange mix. The otter's arm was still around him, which he couldn't help but noticing, and the boy was talking about something. His name? Yes, that sounded about right. At least he hadn't jostled anything in getting off. That had been a serious worry. Evidently when enough of your family had bindings, you thought about things like that sometimes. He certainly did, at any rate.
"My name's Parzifal," he replied, voice still extremely awkward. He even fumbled his own name as his pierced beak-root protested the movement of his tongue and he tried his best not to flush. "And it's fine. This is your home, not mine." And I'm a Three of Diamonds in a place I very much don't belong, even if I was having a good time. I just hope 'Mommy Vessie' doesn't come in and have a fit about her children playing with a visiting Three.
He didn't want to try and say the last sibling's name. Aphy? His tongue would murder that if he couldn't even manage the 'f' in his own name right now.
