"Medical Corvies do weird things. Well, all Corvies, but I don't want to insult my dad and brother all that much." She glanced over to Rhi. Had she found something interesting? Padding after her Rosemary stopped in the middle of the room. Her eye caught something as well.
Changing her direction she went over to what she spotted. Slipping it off the shelf she found something akin to a log book. Or at least it looked like a log book. It had times and dates in it, various names were scribbled in it as well... and organs. Oh well, that was... horrible.
The papers Rhiannon were filled with various chemical formulas, and lists of medication. Most of them had information pertaining to rejection medication and organs. Apparently someone was trying to take dead body parts and put them in the living... the reason? Well that wasn't written on the paper.
"I think we should get out of here...." Rosemary said quietly as she walked over to Rhi. "Whatever this is... we need to go before someone shows up."

Rhiannon's nose twitched slightly, turning to face Rosemary with ears perked forward. "Corvies?" she murmured, raising an eyebrow slightly. This was a strange thought, and she considered it carefully. She had always been under the assumption that Tulgeys had a tendancy to stick to their own, and Rosemary was certainly what appeared to be a full-blooded Tulgey... But then again, she could look to her own mother's choice of mate to know that stranger things had happened. Bogdwellers weren't exactly known for taking delight in crossing elbows with other regions.
She returned to nosing through the paperwork, her brow furrowing again as she rifled through the sheets. There was far too much that went right over her head, only leaving her with even more questions. What the hell was going on down here?!
The hybrid nodded in responce to Rosemary's comment, but continued to stare at the paperwork, thoughts moving quickly through her head. What if... "Corvies have specialties, don't they? What are your brother and dad's?" she didn't wait for a reply, just picked up a large folder in her mouth, tail beginning to cheerfully wag. Even if they didn't have a chemical-or-medically oriented background, it wouldn't be too hard to find someone who did.

"Mechanics," Rosemary replied happily. "Finding someone in town who's into biology won't be difficult. After all you just pegged a chick with a stone and she had something to do with these body parts people." The wolf shrugged.
She assumed that the part-bat girl was going to find a Corvie with said specialty to find out what was going on in this place. Rosemary couldn't figure it out even if she shifted through the papers. It was just... on a different level. She could never make sense of all the scientific stuff that Parsley or Dad sometimes talked about.
There was a rather unusual thud from the fridge area. Or the area Rosemary assumed was the fridge area. "Let's book it before... zombies or show up or something. Plus your probably have enough info in there." Rosemary didn't hesitate to trot back to the stairs so they could make their escape.

Mechanics. Not exactly the answer Rhiannon had been hoping for - While Rosemary was correct in saying that it wouldn't be difficult to find someone who had a specialty that could, in fact, be of use to them, it would have been so convenient if her family could have helped. Saved them a lot of trouble, at least. "Yeah, won't be hard at all." she murmured all the same, speaking around the papers in her mouth.
Oh, right. The woman on the street. Rhiannon's tail began to sway cheerfully from side to side as she remembered the sight of the woman's crumpled body in the alley. She should probably check on her at some point. Or not.
She nodded, following Rosemary up the stairs, tail continuing to wag cheerfully. "Zombies. That would really be interesting, wouldn't it?" when they left the building, the hybrid glanced around the streets, as if looking for something. "Where do we start looking?" she said cheerfully.

Rosemary glanced down the street. They should probably go to a scientist who wasn't too shifty. She smiled to herself. There were plenty of doctors outside this shady place. Herm.... Rocky was trotting around the edge of the Outer Bazaar. Again he was lost in the city, he should honestly know where he was going. With a small sigh he turned to the direction he game from, that way he would just retrace his steps. His stupid sense of direction was just a pain. Maybe he should learn a spell that would always point him in the right direction? Rosemary caught sight of the brightly colored wings in the distance. They stood out like a sore thumb in the middle of the night. And yet there was some neon shade of green. And yet there was no complete figure. Must be a Corvie. "You think if we tail that guy we might get somewhere?"

Brightly toned wings and neon-green markings... The figure appeared to be some kind of sick patchwork of realms and breeds, not exactly a sight which Rhiannon was used to seeing. Something about his colors lacked the usual blend that she associated with a hybrid of regions... it just seemed completely abrupt to her eyes, and when she combined that with the information that covered the sheets of paper held in her mouth, it seemed vital that she followed the man.
"I'm sure we will. We'll almost certainly find a lab, and once we find a lab, we can... corner him, and get some information." the girl murmured, her tail swaying from side to side easily. She wanted to know what was going on, and she wanted to know soon.
She followed the strange man closely, darting from shadow to shadow, keeping herself hidden. It wouldn't do to be seen yet. Soon, but not just yet.

Without a moment's hesitation Rosemary trotted forward as silently as she could. The raccoon (on closer inspection) didn't seem to notice them. It took a long while before he seemed to know where he was going and what he was actually doing. By the time he managed to get to his safe place, they were back in the "good" part of the Bazaar.
Heh. Rosemary watched as he shut the door behind him. He had a doctor's office? According to the sign he specialized in flight. Well, if he knew about flight she was sure he had information on body parts and the like.
"You do the honors?" Rosemary waved her paw in the direction of the door. He didn't lock it, she would have heard that, bell or no bell. Rosemary wasn't one for banging down doors when the people they were up against were so large they needed a massive set of wings like that. (And from the look of it another set.) "If the door's locked I can just pick it. It'll be a while but I can do it."

Things were looking more promising every second. A doctor specializing in flight. It wasn't exactly perfect (I mean, how awesome would it have been if he specialized in amputations and reattachments?!), but he was a doctor all the same, and would have a much better understanding of the language used in these papers. They would have him translate for them so they could understand, too.
If something needed to be done beyond that, they would figure that out when the time came. If the doctor wasn't crooked, the hybrid was sure that he'd help them.
Rhiannon nodded to Rosemary, walking up to the office door and rising onto her hind legs, pushing it open easily. No lock. That simplified matters. She shot a grin at the other canine before trotting easily into the office, looking as if she owned the place. Now, to find that doctor...

Rocky was very near the door when it opened. His head spun around in shock. "Who--" He stopped in mid sentence when he saw a set of young girls in the doorway. "What?"
Rosemary trotted in right after Rhi, huge grin plastered to her face. So they were dealing with a giant raccoon with giant multicolored wings. Nice. He must have put them on himself. Some Corvies really were insane, this was just a bit more conformation.
"Hey, you're a doctor, think you can help us with something?"
He stared down at the girl. The pair of them had just walked into his office in the dead of night asking for some sort of help. What was this? Some sort of dream. He raised an eyebrow and continued to eye the girls, not sure if they were real or not. Rosemary made no move beyond shutting the door with her back legs.

Rhiannon grinned at the doctor's clear confusion at their entrance. It was the dead of night, sure, and they had just walked in completely uninvited, so his surprise wasn't entirely unexpected. It was delightful, all the same, and she began to wag her tail cheerfully. Nodding in reply to Rosemary's comment, she leapt up into a chair, setting the paperwork held in her mouth on the table in front of the strange raccoon.
"I hope you can help us, there's some really shady stuff going on here and my friend and I don't have the background to fully understand it,[/b]" her speech was strangely light for what she was saying, and her eyes shone. "Very shady stuff. Body-snatchers, we think. There was a whole room filled with corpses."
She looked up at the raccoon, slitted eyes glinting in the light of the room. Now that he knew what was going on, how could he possibly not help them out? She nosed the papers again, pushing them a little closer to Rocky. "So? Will you help?"
