Notes: He has poor eyesight like his father and needs to wear the monocle or be practically blind in his right eye. The necklace his mother wears appears to have had an odd effect on him. Thin spirals of cold ectoplasm roll constantly off of his feet and back, giving the vague appearance of wings. Touching someone gives them instant chills as though of fear (though they don’t actually have to be afraid of him), and he can float three feet off the ground effortlessly with the “wings”.
Basic: He can run up to 30mph in sprints and 20mph for up to an hour in extended runs.
Moderate: When activated, he can see black-and-white clearly in the dark. This can be activated and deactivated at will. Should he look at a moderate to bright light with this ability activated, however, he will experience intense pain and be left with a splitting headache for up to one day.
Strong: When activated, he can create up to two gallons of drinking water up to two times per day.
Powerful: When activated, he can call forth and dismiss a small familiar that is unique to the individual.

Notes: This oddly built Tove doesn't appear to have a gender or the ability to see correctly. It does, however, have the ability to scream out a sonic blastof noise that can render people deaf for a full hour. It can propel this sound twice a day, to the misfortune of a victim.
Repeated exposure (5 times or more) to this Tove's ability will cause permanent hearing loss.
