Notes: He has thin, slender horns of pure glass sprouting from his head, along with Chinese dragon-like whiskers and a mane and tail of fire. The fire constantly causes his ever growing horns to drip glass, but stops them from becoming too large for his head. The fire is hot to anyone’s touch but his own and probably burns the mother on the way out as it lights once hitting the air. He has a strong connection to his mother’s mind and she can speak to him telepathically (though he cannot respond in that way), and she can force him to move parts of his body in order to comply with her whims for up to one minute once per day.
Basic Magical Ability: He can ignore moderate amounts of pain for up to an hour.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he gains an immediate proficiency with any weapon that he picks up. This can be activated and deactivated at will.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, he can inflict mental pain on another card of any suit, once per day. The degree of pain is akin to having the hair and scalp light on fire.
Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, he can control the mind of a lesser Heart for up to twenty minutes, once per week. The individual being controlled would know and the degree of control is almost perfect, except for the fact that should they try to speak, all of their speech comes out backwards.
