Small ads on the bottom of the page won't bother me, either, but an ad board would. Me, I only ever try to get players from my existing circle to join. Tried, tested, and proven writers, complete with literacy and grammar.

I agree that I would not like the quality of the board to go down hill but new blood is always nice.
