Strong Magical Ability: When activated, he can inflict mental pain on another card of any suit, once per day. The degree of pain is akin to sharp spikes being driven into the victim’s throat over a period of ten minutes, which is the longest he is able to hold the spell. After five minutes of this torture, the victim loses the ability to speak for the duration of the torment.
